Criminal company, today I make report and change my bank card, be careful - never book from this website! 2 years was not using company and 2022 they just charge from my account for trip to Barcelona - never ever been there... I hate them!
It was simple to consult the flight offers according to my settings and find the most suitable.
Please do not use this company. One star is generous! I am in SHOCK as to how they are able to get away with what they have done. I booked 5 flights for a stag trip for my friends. They created two separate bookings for five people (one with only the outbound flight). I was charged for both sets of flights and two booking fees in excess of £100. The customer service centre is so hard to find and the staff on the phone incredibly unhelpful. I am still unable to get my refund confirmed and they have asked I take this up with the airline who are 100% not liable. They refused to even admit that it seemed odd that I would book the same flight for the same people. Not only have they made an error which they won't refund me for - they have charged me £100 for the pleasure. I can't see how this isn't criminal activity. Judging by reviews, I am not the only victim of their behaviour.
Edreams purpose in life is to be a parasite to humanity. They want nothing more than to suck people dry of money. They will employ shifty tactics to add on cost. They are not transparent and are misleading.
They are an unethical business, based in Barcelona and runned by some of the biggest scum bags on earth. Their call centre is based in India and they too are of little help. The customer service rep has no qualms about lying to you and giving fake apologies.
Avoid eDreams if you want a hassle free vacation. They will ruin your trip at the drop of a hat. Don't be fooled by the low advertised prices. Its not too good to be true, but that's their trick. You don't think it's a scam until it's too late.
My flight got canceled 4 months ago, and EDreams don't want to give me my refund. They keep making excuses saying they never received the money, which I have evidence that they did; then they said they didn't have my bank account, which I sent multiple times already, and for no reason my refund got cancel. The customer service is terrible, they hang up on me multiple times and I was told "I am giving them a really hard time." Still I haven't received my refund.
The process was swift, straightforward and clear to understand. Only the process of paying is a little bit creepy. I mean, I didn't even get a prompt for inputting my card's temporary password and the payment was already completed. No security in this regard, thus I'm scared of making any booking in the future using this platform...thank you
Booked a ticket and needed to change flight, even after paying for "free change" service the wait time was minimum 2 hours to speak with a human. Once on the phone with Customer Service, they say they will change the ticket but you have to wait for an email confirmation. I called in 3 days in a row and still no change. Each time you call, there is a 2 hour wait. HORRIBLE! Stay away from this lousy company who has people in India who cannot communicate well & cannot do the work needed for changes
I booked flights and accommodation. Found the eDreams www & app fab… x but then I got an email saying they are cancelled and I would be refunded?' Bizarre. I rang a UK no. And got confirmation re the booking reference…. Please help thanks!
The site comes up with value for money deals for my selected destination. Easy site design to navigate through and compare different combinations of available ticket prices. Quick response and quick confirmation after successful payment.
Booked via website, property refused booking, noting that the picture on the website was incorrect and they have stopped working with eDreams a while back so not sure why the listing is still there. More damning the phone number given on the confirmation was for an agent who was completely unhelpful. Was stuck in an unfamiliar new city at 9PM with no booking for the night, in the middle of the medina.
They offer cheap price if you don't have luggage. I signed up for free trail prime membership and now I keep trying to cancel my member ship but their website has no option for canceling, I have no choice at this but to cancel my master so they don't charge me next week. Very unprofessional. I am in Canada and I can't call their phone because the cost is high to call the. As you search online and their robot chat will tell you to go to your account and cancel your prime member ship. They have hidden that option and I am going to attach the picture
My credit card information was stolen and used to purchase from this site. Why are you not asking for billing address, firstly? That would've stopped the whole thing. Second, why are you lying to the company when they investigated saying that the card was used prior. The company and I were able to easily disprove the lies you told. Please close this criminal's account!
Edreams made an error with my booking, a fault of their computing system, however they refuse to acknowledge and rectify their mistake.
They are being ignorant and pretending I am simply asking for clarification of my booking, and not that I am complaining about a mistake that needs sorted asap.
Save yourself the hassle and book directly with the airlines.

I made a booking to rent a car but when I got to rental company my card got rejected. I had this confirmed by the rental company and reported immediately to eDreams (without even leaving the rental office). I paid online for a car that I didn't get from the rental... Contact is difficult, it's been over 3 weeks and they don't want to return the money! They say they're investigating... Scam, avoid!
Couldn't book thru Volaris website. Yours worked. Thanks. Then I saw an €89 charge to join your Premier. Post dated! Never signed up for anything like that.

I followed all the rules of the cancellation policy and I was still not refunded my money. You can't even get anyone on the phone. Please do not utilize this company for anything as you will be thoroughly disappointed. The only reason I selected a 1 rating is because it forces you to. If I could do 0 star it would be 0.
Beware the price you accept is not the price invoiced. They add on their charges after you have authorised the payment. Don't go anywhere near this company. Book directly your self or with a reputable booking agent or website.
Appalling company morals, just there to mislead the customer & take money from you if you are not careful. Many other sites out there where to get affordable plane tickets, edreams the worst I´ve ever used & never again.
It was not easy to order. The cost of a flight has also changed, increased from what I saw on the website. Correspondence too. I still haven't received a ticket, even though I have already paid the full amount
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
