They make zero effort to work with you. They hung up on me, ended conversations when I reasonably wanted assistance when they cancelled my flights last minute. Absolutely do not book, no matter what the deal is. You will regret it later.
The company is based in India and has terrible customer service and no contact info. Just a website. Booking with them, then I cancelled because of the Omicron variant. They sent me an email in french saying the ticket is not refundable (I don't know french). However, when I check online still waiting for airline approval. I have been waiting for eight months to get my refund. Buy wise or buy twice! Unfortunately, this is the first time I have experienced travel agent fraud and scams.
I purchased tickets without knowing that there were new flight restrictions. The site gave no indication of any restrictions and processed the transaction. Once everything was confirmed, the airline emailed informing of flight cancellation and that the airline would issue full refunds immediately. Edreams took weeks to process my refund and they did not process a full refund. Also, they charged my card a higher amount than what the billing invoice stated. $1009 was on invoice, they charged $1019 and only refunded $868! I believe I have recourse for erroneous charge, just not looking forward to spending time disputing. Hoping others research eDreams before giving them your business.

I didn't get all, they return 80% only because I selected in my cancellation "any reason". When I called, they said you get 80% of your money back.
On the online support, they give you to read their policy and they don't give a full refund.

I would like to know why eDreams website says you can get a proper refund if you purchase "Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee" and hides the fact it needs to be before your first flight in a trip sequence. "per person, per segment" gives the exact opposite impression.
I expect a refund and I can only dream that others have this same problem.

I have worked in aviation for 20 years and never experienced this. Overcharged $280 side swiped by every representative. Site keeps crashing so does theirs and they absolutely refuse to deal with it. I am sure I was speaking to an 18 ur old overseas. I will dispute with my bank and advise everyone to stay away.

For three months now I have been trying to get from eDreams an invoice for my Travel Insurance company. I had 3 tickets in one invoice with 2 different airline companies. I spent hours on the phone and sent tens of emails asking for a price breakdown in the invoice - I need to know what price I paid for each company ticket separately. 3 months…. NO result. They lie, ignore emails, do not pay attention to the actual requests – I still don't think they understood what I'm asking for. They provide the same response repeatedly. We found eDreams in Nov 2023 because at the time they had the best price for the ticket we needed. We signed up for the free trial of the prime membership in order to get an additional discount. We then forgot about the prime membership until we got a charge on our credit card a year later. I called to request a refund, and got sent to a customer retention team who offered me vouchers and discounts and ultimately refused to cancel my membership unless I insisted multiple times. The prime membership really offers no meaningful value at this point because eDreams no longer has competitive rates to what can be found with a simple Google search. The extra 10-20% off of an already high priced ticket is pointless. I'm going to have to call them again to actually cancel this membership.

This is the worst experience I have ever had w a travel company. They are ignorant and unwilling to help. After booking a $4,500 trip, I had to cancel within days because my mother passed away (have Death Certificate) the company will not even offer a credit. Their computer system constantly has technical difficulty. I have sent them over 3 messages explaining the situation and no one responded.
Hotel suited in slum area, no access by car, unsuitable specially disabled body. Bad steps and steep staircase to bedroom. No bedroom on ground floor.
My wife being disable badge holder refused to stay here. I asked owner to find us descent hotel?.
I took me to a hotel in Centre and we stayed there for full stay. I paid taxes to original hotel owner also.

Both my outbound and return flights were cancelled by the airlines, British Airways and RyanAir respectively. I'm still waiting for a refund after 8 months. Every time I chat with an agent after holding for ages, I am told the same thing, that my refund is being chased. This company is criminal. Never buy flights from them. EDreams is the biggest crook in the travel business with which I have had the misfortune of becoming involved! Don't put any faith in their website policies because they do not follow them. Their stated policy is to fully refund airline reservations within 24 hours, however they charged me $54.54 for a cancellation made within minutes of the reservation. The airline refunded the fare the same day it was made and it took weeks for eDreams to refund that fare to me and only after numerous phone calls and emails. They are a foreign (non-US) provider and not, therefore generally, bound to US law. If they sucker you into the Prime offer, you will only be able to cancel with dozens of calls and emails before additional charges show up on our credit card. This was a very disappointing experience and I hope I save you from the same.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
