“NO refund”

I am waiting for a refund from April 09, it is already more than 100 days, booking *******176. I have wrote a lot of letters, already called 10 times, it is very difficult to get through on the Russian line. They say that Alitalia did not transfer the money to them. But why should I suffer? I didn't buy tickets at AlItalia.
