Appalling company morals, just there to mislead the customer & take money from you if you are not careful. Many other sites out there where to get affordable plane tickets, edreams the worst I´ve ever used & never again.
It was not easy to order. The cost of a flight has also changed, increased from what I saw on the website. Correspondence too. I still haven't received a ticket, even though I have already paid the full amount
I booked a ticket from Perth to Adelaide and there was no flight, according to a employee at the airport those flights from Perth to Adelaide have been stopped for a while already. This happened December 2020. I had to book another flight and pay again. They never refunded me for the booking.
I tried contacting them in regards to the problem.
If your flight is canceled forget about your money, as eDreams has no interest in refunding you and will try to convince you that your ticket Is non refundable.
Please, for the love of God, stay away from eDreams.
A bit too much of marketing whilst trying to make a booking. This can get in the way and create confusions in booking process which can be a very expensive mistake.

The price increased by £100 just before the payment process began on the pretext that the flight price would go up as the flight date came closer. I assume this was done to capture my booking as the cheapest choice but scare me into believing all other offers would be as expensive.

The experience was OK, but I don't understand why the website kept bouncing a window saying" time out" it pushed me to hurry up, I don't like this. I'm paying hundreds of thousands of followers, I don't want to be hurry and make mistake.
There's no option to add luggage after I paid my ticket.
When my flight from Rome to Tehran got cancelled due to security issues, they would not refund my money even after calling them several times. In addition to this, I was randomly charged 44 euros for a prime account that I did NOT consent to. Now, after trying to call them and cancel the prime account, I cannot find the option to do so. The link they say you can click on does not lead you to a page you can cancel your membership.

Do not purchase anything from eDreams. This company has a shady way of conducting business which a search on the internet will show up many many bad reviews, especially regarding the hidden prime subscription. It is not worth it for the few bucks saving as you will lose more money to them after that through their deliberate scamming.
They refuse to refund me for the subscription and now I have to ask my bank to block my card for investigation for this unauthorized transaction.
Very bad experience with this company. EDreams Prime annual subscription was despicably hidden when I made payment for airticket and i was unknowingly signed up for the Prime program. I was directed to the eDreams payment page after searching and clicking the search result on google flights. It was not made known to me during payment that I have been subscribed to Prime. They made unauthorized charging of the annual subscription of 95sgd to my credit card without even notifying me. I called them to ask for refund many times and they refused even though the terms and conditions said I can cancel and ask for refund within 14 days from the start of the subscription term. From online reviews, many people have experienced this unauthorised charging of subscription. EDreams operating in this way is totally unethical and should be investigated by police and authority.

They offer you a unbelievable rate for car hire, tell you that if you provide proof of insurance, you will have no additional fees, only to arrive in Mexico, wait 90 minutes for service at the MEX counter, who simply deny your proof of insurance. I arrived with printed proof of international insurance, it was "denied" by the "delightful fool" behind the counter, and informed that my $27 (US) a day rental would now be $137 (US) a day for the same small car!
I declined, called out the scam, and asked to cancel and refund my deposit... A week later and still nothing except ignoring me!

They are awful. I could never get in contact with a customer service representative almost lost flight. I called several times because the airline was unable to locate flight with the confirmation they provided. It was so very much frustrating. Why are they in business? They never ever send me the boarding pass. On the email below they stated the boarding pass was going to be sent.
I was very happy It was very easy to book online I do not know what else to say. I have to have 50 words so I guess I will count for one to 50.
Don't waste your money, don't book or reserve anything through website. World's most worse customer services they have. I booked a hotel, the hotel charged me USD 875 additional money after my arrival home, I asked eDreams to deal with the hotel, they told me it's something the customers should sort out!
Booked 2 flights in March 2022 to Thailand flying out October. One of the connecting flights kept getting cancelled (over 5 times) We decided to cancel the flights as it kept changing. We cancelled the flights in April and requested a full refund from E dreams.
In August I received a £30 refund, I have called over 15 times and been told don't worry the rest of your refund is being sorted, we are looking into it and someone will be in contact. No one has contacted me. I have called again today and have been told the same story.
It is disgusting that in the middle of a cost of living crisis, I'm having to beg for the money back for a flight I didn't even take (and cancelled well in advance)
If I don't get a call back within the next few hours (as promised) I am seeking legal advice. Absolutely awful company. Stay clear.
TERRIBLE! Do not use their service! They even don't have a number to call them on the website! It's a quiz to get it!
They didn't send the full e-ticket information in their email which they have to send. Just confirmation #. So you have to double-check if you are in and get the full tickets from the airline itself! To reach them it's a quiz which can take 1 hour or more. Unprofessional service. And don't expect them to support you. They grabbed the money and left you alone!

I admit being stupid for using such a website to book three tickets and to pay an extra fee for cancellation and assistance insurance.
They never help or answer. Even if you overcharge call them, they waste your time and never help.

We have requested a change of booking for 5 days and have not received any response. Very deceptive on their flight insurance coverage. There was no flight price difference when we checked and it took them more than 5 days and after that they are charging $600 dollars more.
After I booked my flight schedule, the hotel reservation was automatically connected. I was happy to book all together so I also confirm the reservation of my Hotel. However, since my flight will arrive at 3:45 am in the morning, I could book early check-in instead of one day earlier reservation, which make me cost less. If you could update your website to consider this situation as an optional, it would be grateful for everyone.

Never ever trust these scammers with your money. I had a harrowing experience and where do i start. Flight was cancelled, no intimation provided
No customer service, no response to emails
Refund initiated as per website, no money refunded.
And the list goes on.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
