Edreams Cancel Prime Membership is forced on you at checkout. You can't cancel it from the app. You have to call the phone number in your account dashboard, and then wait on hold for a hard to understand person that will beg you with a million questions to keep your Prime Membership.
I do not recommend Edreams Prime Membership. They beg beg beg you to stay. Not cool.
Their quality is very poor.
They don't listen what I asked.
My question was allowable check in baggage weight limit.
It takes 3 min to give me answer and start to sell ticket by phone.
(It is ok, it might be part of their incentive.)
But, thy could not find right flight number and they don't give me the flight which i need.
It is very poor system.
It make me very nervous experience.
They must improve operator and system level.

I purchased a ticket for 3 people( my cousins). Later received an email qualified as Prime, so I could change or cancel the trip with refund. One of 3(cousin), passed.We had to cancel the trip. E-DREAMS emailed saying, unfortunately, NO REFUND. I can change my review if Costumer Services answers my phone and solve my problem. Sorry, I'm very disappointed!

I found the best price for flight...I look for few sites and they increase the price or add at the end more money, but here not more money when to pay the ticket!
I purchased Turkish Airlines tickets via edreams back in November 2020 for December 2020. It was two separate bookings for $1200 each. Then I had to cancel due to Covid. Turkish airlines refunded me the tickets but edreams posted the refund only for one in May, pocketing the other! That's 1,200. There's no way to contact them either. I had to work with my back and cancel but I missed the deadline since they promised the refund very late. Avoid them by all means and work with your bank if they are not refunding
Booked a flight to New Zealand 6 months ago.
Edreams cancelled the tickets without informing anyone and I found out a week before my trip
The customer service department could not produce anyone who spoke acceptable English so they just sold me back the same seat for an extra £300

Quite frankly it was very frustrating because the flight routing you offered and gave a USD price for would not allow "select". Finally after experimenting for a couple hours we were able to book one part of it and needed to use Kiwi to book the other part of it. We would have preferred to just buy the full ticket from one source. Please try to correct your web page anomaly
I purchased airplane tickets to Mexico and I kept on getting emails about unable to reserve my flight... every time I called they said I needed to pay more money... I requested my money back and they gave me 80 % back of what I paid, even though I had paid a 33 dollar fee to cancel or change my flight at anytime... They took $100 dollars for doing nothing... I found it very difficult to add baggage to my ticket during flight booking,
Now, after completing the booking, I steel don't have baggage in my booking,
And I steel don't know what to do.
I spent 2 years trying to get money back that was wrongly booked from my credit card. I even went to the local newspaper which printed my saga and edreams had "no comment" and did not reply to the newspaper. I can not believe that this company is still allowed to run. I went in circles and they were never ever able to explain why the money was booked and for what and I never received my money back! Do NOT book with this company please because in no way should this criminal activity be supported!
In one word- DO NOT BOOK flight here even if it's $5. They out inaccurate information's as " carry on included in price", then when you cancel, you can't get money back. Nobody is responding to Chat and there is no phone to call. Unbelievable they still exist.
Had to cancel my booking due to an injury and was advised not to cancel by e dreams as it would add costs. This jeopardised my insurance claim.
When calling I was on hold for over 30 minutes before speaking to anyone.
When making the booking, I looked to reserve seats and was shocked by the charges imposed... I went directly to the airline with "manage my booking" option and did this with ease, saving a substantial amount of money.
They are selling fraudulent not accessible tickets from Inida to locations you cannot travel.
I am stuck with 12+ Calls with each about 40 minutes wait calls to speak with agents to assist with ticket refund. The help desk number is based in Spain only (+44).
Opening case with EU and Spanish authorities to assist with refund.
I made a booking though the website only to find my return trip did not go though. I have been trying to get my money back for many weeks. Do not use this site!

I made my booking and between choosing my flights and paying for them the price increased by £13 per ticket which was annoying as I was on a tight budget and needing to visit my mother who has been unwell

We had many difficulties at the airport, flight cancelled, no internet connection etc. But when we finally arrived at a hotel for our overnight stay I was able to access flights online and eDreams was easy to follow and straightforward to book.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
