I did not get my flight ticket and my flight is tomorrow morning
Booking a flight is awful. It can't just be I go from point a to point b and this is the price. No, there are added fees for everything. I'm surprised that I am not charged for breathing while on the plane! As for dreams? I felt that I didn't even have a choice, if I wanted to move forward with the flight I had to accept. But, it may come in handy with all the traveling I am doing this year.
I paid extra fees to reserve two seats which I did not get. The company refuses to refund my money. Moreover, the link to their Prime Membership does not work. How can I cancel Prime? If I can't cancel Prime, they will automatically charge me. Why should I trust such a company?
I like booking on eDreams, because there is a broad selection of good fares, and the process to select them is straightforward. What I am less enthusiastic about (and always warn my friends for) is the gauntlet of extras I have to run before getting to the final booking and payment page. It would be great if my eDreams profile would contain a set of pre-selections for all these extras, so they won't be paraded in front of me again and again.
I booked and was initially informed by eDreams that my booking had failed. So then we tried to book using my partners credit card. His booking also failed. So we were afraid to try again because we wondered if we would be charged anyway or twice. So we waited a few days and then you advised my first attempt had been accepted after all.
I cannot imagine my life without edreams! I literally went to so many places paying less then £40/60 each time! Even less than 20£ sometimes and I think that for travelers like me this is something Fabulous! 100% 5 stars and if I could give more than that I would rate edreams with more!

Great rates and an easy process. It's my first trip with Allegiant so I will have to get back to you post flight to see if it adds up.
I reserved a ticket two weeks ago. I got a "confirmation email" a few minutes later and I expected to be charged on that same day. It's been two weeks and they haven't charged me yet, I don't want to buy it anymore and I cannot contact customer support to cancel my reservation because when I call their customer support "their system is offline and they cannot see reservations". They are literally the worst company I've contacted with.
I asked many times how to fill-in my personal details for automatic check-in which l purchased in addition to my ticket but got no proper answer from them.
The website opened neither on browser nor on mobile app provides appropriate information on how to fill in the personal detail for automatic check-in.

We booked a rental car in Naples Italy. Our flights were delayed and we got to the office at 5 minutes to 6PM. But the office was closed. WE called the number on our contract the person said he would call right back and never did. WE had to have a car so we rented from another agency. Now E Dreams will not refund our money.
Customer service for prime is very good, only the website is too slow and I encounter many times crash on the website, at the last step of the booking, there is no button of "continue", I have to refresh again and again but still not working. If you can improve, would be appreciated!

Your App is a bit tricky and I received conflicting emails regarding my check in
Don't buy from edreams. Their service is awful. First you should pay for calling them if u have any problem or question 1.83 euro/min. Second their operator are not expert and they just say you should wait. They allow you to pay by paypal but after that if something is wrong they send you and email that the payment is not done and... they wasted my 3 hours.

E dreams was so easy to use (I downloaded the app) their prices are insanely cheap, compared to other travel sites, just know their flight times are in military times, so please makes note of and pay extra attention to that. Otherwise I highly recommend

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
