We booked a rental car in Naples Italy. Our flights were delayed and we got to the office at 5 minutes to 6PM. But the office was closed. WE called the number on our contract the person said he would call right back and never did. WE had to have a car so we rented from another agency. Now E Dreams will not refund our money.
Customer service for prime is very good, only the website is too slow and I encounter many times crash on the website, at the last step of the booking, there is no button of "continue", I have to refresh again and again but still not working. If you can improve, would be appreciated!

Don't buy from edreams. Their service is awful. First you should pay for calling them if u have any problem or question 1.83 euro/min. Second their operator are not expert and they just say you should wait. They allow you to pay by paypal but after that if something is wrong they send you and email that the payment is not done and... they wasted my 3 hours.

E dreams was so easy to use (I downloaded the app) their prices are insanely cheap, compared to other travel sites, just know their flight times are in military times, so please makes note of and pay extra attention to that. Otherwise I highly recommend

Do NOT fly with eDreams. I booked my flight weeks ago and couldn't seem to find my booking through the airline. My ticket to my destination worked perfect so I thought nothing of it. Then as I tried to get back home, I couldn't find a boarding pass anywhere. EDreams told me to contact my airline, who then informed me that I did not have any ticket or booking with them. I've been trying to get in contact with eDreams but they will not get back to me or answer the phone. To say I'm upset is to say the least. Now I'm out more money because I had to find a last minute flight back home. Please avoid this company at all costs. It's not worth it, you'll just get screwed over in the end!
I thought I was on frontier site and booked a flight. But no go. I waited for hours and it never processed to book and these a-holes charged me! I could not get through to customer service! Tread lightly with this site! Very bad news!
I booked tickets with eDreams, my Visa was charged with a bigger amount that was actually displayed on the screen when I clicked pay. I just talked to an agent and confirmed that they have a glitch on their website. No refund provided. EDreams is a scam, do not use them.
Seven and a half months without a refund. My ticket was cancelled by the airline in April 2021. It is now December 2021 and eDreams has not given me a refund. They never answer the phone and it seems that they have no intention of giving me a refund. There are over 300 complaints against eDreams in Southeast Florida alone. I don't know when they will return the money they owe me.
The flex tickets are not really flex tickets and the insurance is worthless. Stay away from this terrible company. I recommend Skyscanner or Priceline instead. At least you know you are getting what you paid for. Their customer service is a joke as everyone on the internet has mentioned. Pay attention to all the reviews left on various websites about this absolutely horrible company. Also know that they will leave you with extremely expensive baggage fees that you are forced to pay for at the airport. Save your money and go where at least some of your luggage is covered or only deal with a website that allows you to add your luggage while booking.
I received a first confirmation email from eDreams for a flight to Brussels departing on 9/23, arriving on 9/24. Then two weeks after, I received a second confirmation with a departure on 9/22, arrival on 9/23 without asking me if that change was ok with me. It was not. I contacted them (hours just waiting to speak to someone). They refused to cancel and refund because according to them the ticket was non-changeable, non-refundable, refusing to address the fact that the departure date had changed! Extremely bad customer service. It was like talking to robots. It was my first reservation with them. Never again.

It was 1 of the most frustrating weeks around travel ever. It also ended up wrong. When there is something there is no service at all, if you get hold of anyone at all outside the chat robot you are sent from pillar to post. We wanted to go on vacation with 4 people. One of our friends ended up in the hospital and was not allowed to travel. Cancellation can only be done through standard procedures however this was an exceptional situation and we wanted to shift the flight for 2 people and the other 2 wanted to go on this trip alone. We did not manage to split. After more than 10 phone calls, 3 major chat sessions and 30 emails it finally failed despite all the promises from various staff members that it would be fine. When my wife and I flew there were 2 empty seats and no solution for our 2 friends. Never again a trip through Edreams.

Waited an hour and 10 minutes. I finally got someone.
I asked her if the cancel within 24 hour policy is still applicable. She literally ignored me. I asked her again and she she wait. 5 minutes later i hear a robot asking me to rate the service and whether I got my issue resolved.
I regret ever booking with them!
Very nice prices, affordable and good flight schedules, I just think that kids shouldn't pay the same as adults, all of the travel agencies should change that
When my plane was delayed and i was going to make my connection i contacted them to see if they could help they never offered anybhelp what so ever. Gave me a phone number to call that was disconnected. Cost me plenty of money and 24 hours of my time. Didn't even get an email about the several call i made.
EDreams purchases your ticket with a completely unrelated credit card to ensure that any refund does not go directly into your credit card. They take away their "service fee" for any refunds that are issued to you. There is minimal transparency with their service and they refuse to issue proper invoice with credit card statement. I would avoid at all cost.
EDreams certainly is a scam. Booked travel back in February, paid travel insurance. Now I am unable to travel. Tried canceling using the mobile app, that did not work. Went to the site and got a chat bot, then supposedly an agent came on who told me I had to go to the airline to get a refund. Asked for an invoice so I could contact the airline and and was informed that it takes 72 hours to generate an electronic invoice. Then that changed to 24 hours. This morning I got a travel confirmation instead of an invoice. Beware this is a horrible way to do business. I will share with everyone I know and post on every social media site about the way this company does business.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
