I purchased a ticket for 3 people( my cousins). Later received an email qualified as Prime, so I could change or cancel the trip with refund. One of 3(cousin), passed.We had to cancel the trip. E-DREAMS emailed saying, unfortunately, NO REFUND. I can change my review if Costumer Services answers my phone and solve my problem. Sorry, I'm very disappointed!
