I do use edreams when needed... mainly combined trips with different destinations.including hotels and/or apartment...with full satisfaction
I had hope that by choosing eDreams I would not only get an affordable flight but experience a smooth process. Not the case. Ryan Air tells me that that eDreams was not authorized to sell me the ticket. Until I complete more online paperwork (which I don't understand and of course there is no way to talk to anyone at Ryan the way humans have communicated since the beginning of time) my flight isn't booked.
My flight was canceled by the airline over three weeks ago. As of today, there's still no sign of a refund or even a flight credit. I am in a foreign country needing to book out to go home and my money is tied up. Yes, I can book a flight and continue to wait for who knows how long if ever to get money back. But, what if it then becomes a credit only? I have asked for escalation, I have asked for a supervisor. Nothing. This is so common the "refund issues" is a standard option from their chat robot system.
Still waiting for my refund or even change of date flight but they keep of ignoring me. I have booked flight before covid and up to now i still dont have a resolution. Airlines cancelled the flight. Whenever i talk to agent, they said wait 3 days for email or call but nothing. This is since April 2020... (Now its Sep 2022). I have been very patient but this is so frustrating already. Dont book with them!
Do but into prime, it doesn't s a rip off. One ever picks up the phone and it is days before they answer an email. I bout tickets and their prime service and they put it in someone else's name and won't it fix it. Stupid company.
This company does nothing but will take money from you. But even if they will charge you for a ticket it's doesn't mean you gonna fly because they will screw up your information and Air lines won't find you tickets in the system.

I recently had a terrible experience booking a flight through the eDreams app. Despite selecting the currency in $AU and making all necessary adjustments, they charged me in £, resulting in a significant price difference. When I called customer service for assistance, Their final response was "It might be an error or issue with the app; we can't do anything." Seriously? They suggested I contact the airline directly, absolving themselves of responsibility. Avoid the frustration and book directly with the airline. #eDreamsAustralia #CustomerServiceFail #NeverAgain
Don't book with eDreams. I booked a flight with Spirit Airlines on 8/5 online thru eDreams. Realized minutes after I had booked wrong flight and tried to reach eDreams but no luck. Called Spirit who sent me email confirm they had cancelled the flight and subsequently confirmed that on 8/16 they issued credit back to eDreams. Ref # Spirit provided me for that credit to eDreams was #*******646 (same as the eDreams reference #). EDreams remains impossible to reach (no phone number that I can find) and over two months after they got their credit for the cancelled flight from Spirit has never credited my credit card for the $617.44
You closed my claim for a compensation without any reasons I provided all required documents. This shows you have a secret contract with the airlines to get your share then you close customers claim so you are nothing but a scammer, I think. If not then prove it.

While booking my flight on the edreams site beside the flights you had to chose from it said carry on included. The email from edreams says 4 carry on bags both directions. The airline website says no baggage. I have screen shots of the flight listings saying carry on included. I have screen shots of my edreams account saying carry on included. I changed one flight because it said small bag included. I have chatted many times, filled out the forms they asked for, sent info they requested and no one has gotten back to me in 17 days. Has anyone found a solution?
Do not waste your time buying anything from Edreams. They're executing a huge scam, you have no way of contacting them and they don't care about you and your travel plans after you pay them. I got a refund issued by the airlines directly and Edreams stole it and refused to refund the money back to me. They'll prevent you from getting your refund in case your traveling plan changes. They debit your card and use a different card to pay the airlines that way if the airline issue a refund it goes directly to their account and not yours and they'll ultimately refuse to refund you. It's a scam.
The business has no working phone number, even if you pay their "prime" subscription. They do not advertise any address being afraid of agree mob and lawsuits. They sell you a booking, a day before your flight when you try to check in you understand (from the airline) your booking does not exist. They sell you the same trip for 3x the price. Stay away from these criminals.
My flight was cancelled by ANA in March 2020. I have called, emailed and always get an answer that my refund is being processed but until now nothing. I had another segment on my flight with Priceline with ANA and my refund was processed in 1 month. I will not book in this website no matter how cheap it is. No guarantee that you will get customer service.
I was skeptical at first because for a roundtrip flight, you usually have to pay a ton of money for both flights, but eDreams made it much cheaper than I expected. I was glad that I could still earn miles with the airline.

I should read this review before i booked a flight with them, worse customer service ever i had to face with them even though i had to hear from there supervisor badge nb 110 she said Go to Hell I am not $#*!ing helping you. I booked a one-way trip through eDreams they charged my credit card with $659 after 2 days of waiting for confirmation when i called them they told me i have to pay $400 more So, I asked them to cancel the booking and refund my money the supervisor told me they will not refund me full amount it will be $200 or something. The lady was so rude so unprofessional you will not gonna talk to her second time. If the supervisor behavior is this bad think how worse the employees will be. I strongly recommend not to book a trip with them.

Edreams is a total fraud. They took 400$ for a 200$ ticket and the thieves cannot even send an invoice stating what they have deducted the money for despite multiple attempts to reach them.
Never ever going to purchase anything from these thieves.

Thought that I would be getting a decent discount and was very happy about it. Who would not be happy with a 100 euros or more saving?
Out of curiosity, I went to check directly with the airline (Brussels Airlines). And to my surprise, I found the price to be nearly 200 euros cheaper with Brussels Airlines.
I cancelled my reservation (within 30 minutes) with Edreams and Prime, learning that I would not be extra charged.
Got my refund and less than 195 euros is missing. Non-refunded service fees and prime subscription.
I bought 3 tickets in 10 min! Soo fast and good service! Thank you!

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
