Purchased MS Office software and significantly reduced price and had an installation issue, Thought I'd my money and could not "call" support - but I received an email shortly after my inquiry from a principal (I think) of Ecrater and he work with me one on one for about an hour and a half to resolve my installation issues. These guys are outstanding! If you want and need software at a very reasonable price, go no further - this place is the best that I've dealt in a very long time!
I spent half a day setting up a store. Everything was fine. My items showed up in the search results. But after a week or so, none of them would show up anymore. Ecrater support just kept saying everything was fine on their side and they can not comment on search results. I was selling some video games that no one else was selling. So my game should be the only thing that shows up. But when I do a search now, no items are found.
Don't waste you time selling on ecrater.
This store is great if you want to find thins on the lower end of cost and quality stuff. I bought some shoes off it and they were great.
Great service and friendly response. Could not ask for better. One of the few businesses I've dealt with that actually cared about the service. DVD's in excellent condition, packaging fantastic and questions answered immediately and very helpful. Received order in record time. Extremely pleased with the seller and would not hesitate to use over and over, again. Puts others to shame.
Try to buy a toy only to find out payment went to a Chinese outlook address. Never received what I ordered. No response from ecrater when I sent an email to complain. Don't buy through them!

Some feedback on eBay says they didn't get their links, but I found that mine were in my junk folder, placed there automatically by Hotmail, which I hate Hotmail does that. But software activates the way the seller tells you to do so in his instructions, so that does assume that you have a bit of an aptitude for using software and following instructions. If you need someone to hold your hand for everything you do, I could see where you might be screwed. But I was in good shape, and I didn't pay more than I wanted.
Their service was very quick and the package arrived faster than i thought it would i will be doing business with them again in the future.
Found this site, bought a pair of race shoes (BARGAIN!) listed at well over twice the price on the BIG internet seller.( so under 1/2 the price here) Bit of communication would be nice but the seller told the TRUTH and only the TRUTH. The seller uses Lego product numbers along with Lego product photos so you will think you are buying Lego. What shows up is a brown cardboard box full of bricks without instructions. I am embarrassed for thinking I can purchase anything from China without getting ripped off.
Bought a Jersey for my husband. I received my item in a timely manner but it was a miss print. When i reached out to the saler they told me to fix myself & they would refund me half the money. Never received my refund.

No way to track my order, the " contact us" will not let you write a message, the product AND seller, " dealerslane" is no longer found on ECrater. I have gotten no response from ECrater OR Dealerslane by email. I have been scammed! DONT USE ECRSTER!

Item did not work. Company would not return phone messages, emails. Had to submit claim with credit card company, only to receive a response from ECRATER, not the original seller. ECRATER accuses me of being dishonest. BAD BUSINESS. Still fighting for a refund.
I'm am very satisfied with my purchase and order from mydream-store2019 and I'm waiting for it to arrive anyday now. Order******* I still haven't received my purchase yet and the seller is asking me to remove my negative review for a refund at this point all I want is my money back cause I'm still waiting for my purchase and it's been over a month so be careful on this website and beware

I had no problem with this company. Ordering was easy. Shipping was fine. Maybe 10 days. I asked that the print be shipped rolled, not folded or flat. They accommodated my request perfectly with a sturdy cardboard cylinder.
But after I received this beautiful amazing print of the car I was expecting, I checked the internet for like photos, only to find out this is a 1967 model, not 1970. Big deal. It's the print I wanted. The best of the muscle cars. I am very happy.
I would like to thank not only the people who worked on the production of this beauty, but genius who originally designed it. A classic.
I purchased two 64 oz. Yeti Ramblers through Dat Dao on Ecrater and both are COUNTERFEIT. I was promised a full refund and have not received anything. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS...
Never buy something from this website. This website is a scam. They do not send your items and accidently send additional items in where they demand more money. They have poor communication. They do not respond by email only by phone call. They do not talk professional. Please do not purchase anything from this company. They are fraud. You will lose your money and the product. These people are tell you lie and will demand more money. Please do not look at this website. If you want to purchase something. Look at website that is reliable.
