At least one of the sellers on eCRATER is really sketchy. JubileeHome is selling boxes of Grape Nuts flakes for $499.00 per box to begin with which is outrageous and they they have the nerve to charge $12 for shipping on top of that. They also charge $499.00 for ramen noodles? Something fishy is going on here. What are they really selling? I ordered a cell phone from OGUMEETECH and paid for it via pay pal. Pay Pal accepted the payment and forwarded it to OGUMEETECH. The next day I received an e-mail from OGUMEETCH saying pay pal didn't have the shipping address I had on file, and he refunded $400 of the $430 I paid for the cellphone. He also stated that I had to use Cash APP or Zelle to pay for it. I texted him and said I did not wish to use either of those two methods, that I only authorized pay pal, and I wanted the remainder of the payment refunded. He refused to reimburse me and told me the order could not be canceled and that it was packed and ready to be shipped. I knew that had to be bogus because why would he have it packaged and ready to ship without full payment received. I then texted him and advised him I would file a complaint with pay pal resolution center. Pay Pal resolved the complaint in my favor and refunded the $30 because OGUMEETECH never responded to the complaint. I suspect that OGUMEETECH is not on the up and up. First off he offered a new cell phone for a price that was $150 less than other competitors.He then claims pay pal doesn't have the shipping address provided in their records. That was not true, plus he tried the same stunt with my brother in law. He then tells me I have to use one of the other two payment options. I did not feel comfortable using either of those two options because they don't resolve payment disputes and all sales are final. I speculate that he has either an inferior product or one that may have been purchased on the black market. This is only speculation on my part. Having gone through this experience, I highly recommend not conducting any business transactions with OGUMEETECH.

I ordered a lebron James Lakers Jersey and 3 weeks later when I emailed him to ask for shipping status, it delivered to Plainview Illinois that's nowhere near me in Alabama... how in the world could they screw that up? I don't understand Chinese but I do understand BS when I see it. Trust me stay away from this vendor, you'll lose your hard earned money. Read their response below. Thanks.

We wouldnt doubt it any second that ECrater is writing their own 4 and 5 star reviews just to save their own hides. Seriously doubt any seller would go 1 year of selling 1500 items without as single complaint, Especially From Ecrater! Whatever their lie is there is no way in xxx you can go 5 seconds without a negative feedback. You see pages after page of negative feedback and complaints about the way Ecrater does business and then out of no where you start getting 4 and 5 star reviews, RED FLAG! They are lies! I know I was a seller on Ecrater, had my policies clearly stated and sent emails of the policies to every buyer after the sale.
My experiences was that buyer's purposely abused and always tried to violate my policies, which were clear and simple. Regardless of what I had stated, buyers would always sit there and try to play stupid just to get their way. They'd do something and they would make threats, just to get their own way. This site attracts the Ebay Garbage, and these buyers think they are masters of their own mind. Again what other sellers said, I've had done myself to that Ecrater stands for. Ecrater first answered emails in 24 hours, then hours turned into days, and eventually would not even bother returning emails. I had all the documentation that buyers were trying to pull their crap, and eCrater just purposely and deliberately ignored us. Then buyers would purposely complain because we wouldnt given into the BS, such as "I broke it and i want you to pay for my return shipping and I want another one immediately or refund me or else I'll file a Paypal dispute" or the classic lies from buyers, that would tell mile long lies.
When you report it to Ecrater, its in through one ear and out the other. I put so many hours into this worthless site, that between getting endless amounts of stupid buyers trying to pull scams, leaving false negative feedback and then disappearing, to Ecrater just being so one sided towards its own interests and making threats to sellers even though if the seller was right, ECrater still wanted you to refund the buyer, while the buyer still has the item, I had enough of the BS and aggrivation. I went to another place called PrestoStore.com and now I can enjoy a day, do my work without turning on the computer checking my emails, and not seeing the annoying BS that I had t endure as a result of ECrater. Will never go there again nor would i tell anyone to go there.
As a seller, Ecrater is a great site to sell your stuff. The tools they help you with get you noticed when you do searches for a specific product. I've been using Ecrater for a long time (at least a decade). The site uses ratings just like on Ebay. I also sell on Ebay and I make it known on Ecrater and I am sure they check out my ratings there too. I would be cautious too buying from and unknown site, but with the ratings on Ecrater, and my ratings on Ebay, it is very helpful in making a purchase knowing they are buying from a reputable store. Yes, there are bad scammers on Ecrater, just there are bad sellers on Ebay, and thats why I chose to sell on ecrater because of the ratings. I have never been extorted on ecrater, and I hope that never happens. Nonetheless, ecrater is great site to sell on, and I wish it didn't get the bad rap it does as I see it here. I wish ecrater was promoted more, though. Could use the extra sales. I sell comics, posters, and cards.
