Ditto here - never got my package - in my opinion this site sucks, I will never use it again, and it will disappear shortly from internet as everyone refuses to use it. Site will 'die'.

I had the same problem. I have lodged a complaint with PayPal. I predict eCRATER will crater. This seems to be a very poorly policed eCommerce portal. Good Luck getting a refund.
