One of the best companies has a wide range of vehicles, the quality and price are optimal, the staff is polite and at a high level, they answered all questions and recommended the right option, I recommend.

I booked under free cancellation, but when I went to my online account to cancel, there was a cancellation fee. Followup emails to clarify cancellation policy were not helpful.

I picked up the car at the Rome airport. Everything went smoothly and I was given a brand new VW Passat, an upgrade from my reservation. The return of the car was smooth and easy, as well, and the costs matched the original quote.
We easily found the rental place in the Airport. No people were there at that time so we got the keys and other documents in 5 minutes. No extra charges or any other surprises, what we booked we got.
No delays or any other trouble upon returning the car.

I was extremely disappointed since the airport shuttle service was not able to find your location. This booking is confusing. I won't use this website anymore. The company name is different. This is third party company with a similar name at another big company with the purpose to steal money to new visitors. We booked a smaller car but was given an upgrade. We were given a Skoda Octavia, it was ready immediately. We drove all the way to Scotland and only used half a tank! We initially hired it for a week, but we loved the service it gave us, that we extended for another 2!

Don't use this service! I've booked a prepaid for 18 days! And have bought a full coverage insurance. On pick up point in Malta I couldn't get the car because I had to pay plus 450 € for insurance, because I didn't have a credit card. I wanted to cancel to refund rather half of payment, but they don't return any! I've lose my money and get only message "When you complete the reservation, you have read, understood, and agreed to the Cancellation and Non-refundable Policy disclosed during the process of booking, therefore, you accepted and agreed to the transaction, made the reservation and received confirmation." But for example bookingeconomy could return half because I didn't use my order at all. They even didn't offer me discount of next booking! I totally fractured and angry about this service. I don't recommend to use it. Better to rent a car directly

They didn't take my car insurance by saying that liability should be 300k. However, I used many car rentals and they never had this kind of condition. This company is rip-off. I wanted to buy full protection from the link which i received thru emai sent by the company but it didn't work. It was $12.50 per day. I end up paying $35.0 per day at the time of check-in. This is rip-off. I want my money back. They also gave me a different car which has a milage of *******. This is insane. I will never use this car rental ever and not recommend it to anyone. They charge me $35.0 per day for car insurance.

Whenever I'm heading home to Metz, I always rent a car from EconomyBookings. They have a nice selection to chose from. The ladies at the help desk seemed to have been there as long as I have been traveling back home for these last 10 years.
I rented a car four times with Economybookings.com car hire. The car was clean enough, the cover on the trunk was in bits, but I must say – this is why I never buy hatchbacks. On each occasion the cars were reliable and value for money was very good. I would like to especially note the insurance cover included. So, I recommend this company now and will recommend it in the future. The staff was very kind and competent and the whole procedure was very efficient.
Thrifty Car rental and Economy Booking both have very poor service and are untrustworthy. I booked with Thrifty in April 2023 for $881.00 Canadian but later found a cheaper booking for Thrifty with Economy Booking for $625.99. I cancelled my initial booking via email and pre-paid with Economy booking. After using the car The Thrifty Agent withdrew the $881.00 from the deposit. I explained that I had pre-paid but he refused to correct the problem or provide his name. Both Thrifty Car Rental and Economy Booking have failed to refund either of the bookings even though I have written and explained the situation to their agents exhaustively.

When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
