I'm really worried about this negative reviews of your company because first of all, this is my first time using your site and secondly, I have already booked 2 separate bookings for 2 different dates. How can I make sure that I won't get scammed or ripped off? How can I find out beforehand if I need to pay extra on top of the final price quote that your company gave me?

Please give me a peace of mind here because my family is counting on me that our upcoming trips are taken cared off. My booking numbers are B26908564 and B11815242.

Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.

When you see as many extreme negative reviews as Economy Bookings it would behoove you to use a different company. If you have already put a deposit with them just hope that it works out.
In my opinion and vast travel experience I have never seen a worst company.
I hope someone shuts them down soon.

I definitely would contact the cars rental companies with which EconomyBookings.com booked cars for you to ensure that 1.) they have record of your voucher/booking numbers and 2.) that there will be cars available for you at the price you paid on the dates specified. Frankly, if you can get comparable prices (or even just a little more), I would go with another car rental company.

Don't use, or you loose. Book only with car rental Dollar, avis etc. economy booking cost me 652 dollars. They don't refund money, cancel all before is not late. Very unhappy costumer lenka szoke new york.
And end of this scam is Latvia office, never receive any apology from them. Durector don't e mail back very shame be aware, they ruin my Corado vacation

They are TERRIBLE. When I called their customer service to complain, they didn't even ask for my name - huge indicator how awful their service is. The agent's answer was "perhaps if you cancel your dispute you opened with your credit card company we MAY CONSIDER refunding PART of your deposit" This sounds VERY shady and like a scam. So I refused and am going on with the dispute. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they are a HUGE scam.

I would go ahead and dispute the charge with your credit card company. That's how I got my deposit back when they disappeared.

Don't use them you will be stranded with no vehicle. There is no one to call they are not responsive and the will have a portion of your money which you will never get back. I reserved a car months in advance, once at airport called as told took 30 minutes for someone to come. It was a hotel bus filled with peolpe we road another 20/25 minutes to a hotel told the office was in the lobby there was a man at a desk with no car for us back on bus told he had made a reservation for us with another company back at the airport and they picked up the $300.00+ difference in price! Piled back on the bus loaded with people that stopped every few minutes all the way back to the airport. We were the last ones off the bus get to airport the car company they sent us to had no reservation or knew what I was talking about! I had to pay full price last minute rental. I tried repeatedly to call the number I was given and left messages each time no one calledback its bernal
It's 2 months and I am still trying to get a refund... they have no CustomerService, there is no one you can speak to... they continually tell you you have to communicate via email and no one ever responds! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are attentive until you rent the car after that forget it... you may as well call the president!

I would never use them. Sorry you already booked with them. I have had no response from them after 6 weeks and numerous correspondence. I am afraid I will have to take legal action against them! Nothing you can do now but hope for the best!

If you have a problem with your booking (wich there is a good chance of happenning because they dont give you the real information), then good luck for the rest; they will talk with you for a while and then, impossible to get an answer. Sure it can go well once or even two times (il you're Lucky), but all the bad reviews mean something. Never again with this company.

I used them once and it worked out great for me with a rental from SJC. I called their customer service phone number and they were attentive to my questions. That's my personal experience.
