Booking was unclear. Price indicated as CAD but I was charged in euros.
I booked under free cancellation, but when I went to my online account to cancel, there was a cancellation fee. Followup emails to clarify cancellation policy were not helpful.
When I forwarded a copy of my original confirmation clearly stating free cancellation, they did not apologize nor offer to correct my online account. To date I have not had to cancel, but I'm not certain that they would honour the original agreement.
I value straightforward business practices, so I will steer clear from this company in the future due to underwhelming customer service, dodgy practices and lack of transparency.
