“Take a booking fee, leave you stranded, reject refund, work with criminals”

Booked a rental through them for a van at Orlando airport. When we arrived the rental company, AZ Rentals, was not at the airport, did not answer any calls, and left us stranded. I had to get a rental from a legitimate rental company that was actually permitted and licensed to operate at the airport. When AZ rentals finally answered the phone the next day, they said to get a refund from EconomyBookings. When I reached out to EconomyBookings they replied with a big f-you, claiming I had cancelled my rental, and failed to pickup the vehicle.

Tip for consumers:
Never book via 3rd party, always book directly with the end company and always book with reputable companies.

None of the services paid for were provided. Refund was rejected for fraudulent reasons.
