Very scam agency. After we paid for a a car full insurance, and call them to verify and they say there is a full insurance from the car rental agency, when we arrived to Bulgaria to pick up the car they claimed we don't have any insurance, and when we called Economy booking they denied everything they say and writen in the contract. And made as pay another 70 euro. Suddenly It become the most expensive option.

I prepaid for my rental car with a Visa Debit card but when I went to pick up the car at the airport they refused to give me the car. They said they don't except Visa debit. Left me stranded at the airport in tears. This makes no sense. They have refused to help on the day it happened and the multiple times I have requested my refund.

I booked a car rental online through this site and no where did it say that the office of the car rental company I was picking the car up from closed before my arrival. When I realised that, I cancelled my reservation immediately but because I didn't cancel the reservation by 48 hours before pick up I forfeited 100% of the entire rental cost. Highway robbery.

We arrive at the airport around 3 pm to pick up a recent booking, the employee told us that they can afford a car for us until 10 pm. I called to cancel my reservation and the person told me that the number confirmation does not exist and she email me a new one. I was telling them that I wanted to cancel my reservation, but in order to do that I had to send an email to an address that does not exist. I try called 3 times and they did not pick up the phone, after that I called at night and they told me that the "new confirmation number" does not exist in their system. Worst services ever! I solve using the help in their website and not gave me a complete refund.
I made a rent through the Economy Bookings page. When I reached the end, after having entered the bank details and paid, the system told me that it had not been processed, that it called. We booked a rental car online for pick up Queenstown Airport. When we arrived we realised we had top call a number (which wasn't answered the first two tries) and arrange a transfer to another location to pick up the car. The rental car company (Yes) then refused to acknowledge the insurance that economy bookings had sold us and charges us again saying we will need to apply for a refund. When I contacted Economy Bookings their response was "we should have read the terms and conditions"

At first when I booked the car and paid, I was afraid that maybe the company is a scam, but then I received confirmation and checked the detail, I was relieved. One good point was that Economy booking said the credit amount I did need to loan the car is 2900€ as insurance to hold, however when I went to sign the contract and pick up the car they said it is 3700€, and my credit limit was only 3000€. But when I showed them the confirmation, they accepted to loan the car with 2900€ credit hold.

We used economybookings.com for finding a best deal for us in Sicily and got it. The whole process was smooth from the desk at the airport to giving a car back. After the car was reviewed we had a deposit back on card at the desk immediately. The customer service was simply superb. Economybookings.com did everything we needed. Sent us vouchers, instructed on documents we had to have in place, added information about our flight, so if it gets delayed, the rental bureau was informed etc. Btw we did not buy full coverage at all. We had unlimited mileage, basic insurance, airport surcharge, 24h assistance, road fees and local taxes included. Horrible! Didn't even know which company I was renting from. I thought it was Fox, but ended up with flight car--a company nobody heard about. I was very confused about how to get to the flight car, economy booking customer service was very bad BTW; never spend time explaining anything (I didn't realize first that the number I called was a UK number). It took me an hour talking and shuttling back and forth and I still haven't got to the flight car place yet (you need to take another car once you arrive at the shuttle car place).
Will most definitely hire a car from this company at Belfast City Airport as it was the easiest car rental company I've ever been to. Quick and easy pick up and quick and easy return

The cover has been paid with ecnomybooking.com but the YORK CAR RENTAL agent don't want to print the contract to show what he explain. You have to pay if you want to see a contract. Never seen this before in Canada! I can't believe that it's could happen nowadays!

Bait and switch is right. I booked a Mercedes E Class back in February for our honeymoon in June for 711.00 USD. When I contacted them to review my reservation they said it would be 1600. 00 because it is during the "hot season". I already had a voucher for the Mercedes E Class from Economy Bookings for 711.00 USD but they would not honor it. They told me they could get me a Hyundai Genesis for 900.00. HA! I went from a Mercedes for the 711.00 to a Hyundai Genesis for 900.00. Bait and switch? Definitely. I would not trust this company.
For once actually got the car I had asked for at booking which seems rare in Cyprus? It was also a nearly new low mileage car again rare in Cyprus? Sally Ann at the desk was excellent very thorough and I couldn't fault her. This experience has given me back my faith in hiring a car in Cyprus and was very good value for money as I was there for 36 days.
