I purchased a full coverage from Economy Bookings. I had a small incident with the car for which the car rental chaged me with additional fee. After return from holidays, I submitted full coverage refund request to Economy Bookings. They responded they will look into the case and contact the car rental, but after a number of follow ups and a few months they never returned and provided the refund. Scammers.
Pay for your coupon, if you manage to print it off ( you get a choice of 300 zillion formats) your voucher still won't be accepted by the car hire company therefore leaving you to pay the full amount at the desk. Good luck.
I had to cancel my booking due to a change in travel dates. I went online to cancel my reservation and saw that there would be a charge for the cancellation, even though when I booked it was a free cancellation. I called the company and was reassured that I would not be charged a cancellation fee. So i went ahead with my booking and now when double checking the email I received (after waiting for 2 weeks for the money to be sent back to be already) I saw that I was charged a 50GBP cancellation fee even though I was told multiple times that this would not happen. There is no email and I have been trying to reach someone in the call center for hours now. Would not recommend booking with this company at all.

Good service for booking a car, if you need to get somewhere, but you haven't any public transport in you location. There is good prices and well working site and management. I can recomment this company to everyone, who search good quality booking.
How can Economy Bookings even remain in business by stealing? Most rental companies have no charges when cancelling a reservation in advance, in my case several weeks in advance. And Economy Bookings charged me $66.01 cancellation fee! I would understand if it was 48hr or 24hrs prior but several weeks prior? Will never rent from this place again! The price was cheap in the beginning but in the end cost me a lot more than renting a luxury vehicle!

I made a car reservation with Economy Bookings not knowing I needed a credit card. They told me about it after I had paid the reservation (isn`t that a scam?). They didn't warn me at all. I cancelled the booking right away because I don't have a credit card (just a debit card). I couldn't book the car, and still they want to charge me 45. Don`t use their services under any circumstance.

I was very pleased with the gas mileage and sound system, however I found the car noisy. The ride was rough and you could hear the road noise. I will use this facility again and Enterprise for all future car rental needs
My only disappointment was the birthday email for bonus points was not able to be added to my perk program in the local office. It was said that was strictly an online offer and needed to be used and applied as such.

When I arrived to collect my rental car, a Chevrolet Impala, I was informed the model I had booked was in the Premium range not in the Full size. I ended up with a Nissan Altima instead. It was a really good car. However I swapped this for a Dodge Charger on my second week.as I wanted something a bit sportier.
I paid a small fee to do this.
The Dodge was slightly bigger and looked great. When I got it home I noticed it had quite a few areas of damage, the wipers needed changed, the onboard computer stated it required an oil service and the air conditioning wasn't as good as the Nissan.
I suspect it needed a recharge.
It had travelled 45 thousand miles which was a bit surprising as rental cars are normally newer with less miles.
I suggest the web site is amended to reflect the true classification of the Impala so other people are not misled.
The staff at the collection and drop point were very courteous and helpful, particularly the lady who did the exchange for my second week.
A huge plus is that a lot of cars are available, I made a mistake once and turned to another company, and they only had two cars, you must agree, the choice is small. And here are hundreds of cars! It's fine

After four long frustrating conversations, the result was that they could not transfer the reservation to another pick up drop off location, so I ended up losing the money.

First it is a UK company and they do not have 24/24 customer service by phone. The prepaid price is in fact their commission and the software used for online booking has a bad way to stolen your money. At the front desk in FLL airport the price paid for the rental car was25% above the market price.

When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts.
