The biggest bonus that I see when comparing with economycarrentals.com is that you can choose the provider/rental company, the minus is that you have to pay the total price, but eventually you need any way. I have rented car hundreds times and would go any time through site like that because over that time I have never got better deal through the rental company and I have not had any issues with that.

The gave me a brand new Toyota Yaris! Immaculate condition; fuel efficient and large boot at the back to accommodate our luggage. Inside of the car was spacious to accommodate us; 2 adults and 3 young children. Staff were friendly; car pick-up and drop-off were seamless and quick. Definitely a value for our money.

It turned out they charged me for a deposit and they didn't deducted it when it's time to pay the total. Meaning over all its cost 400$ in total, but with the prepayment of 50$ that you paid already, you supposed to pay 350$ for the difference. NOT WITH THEM!

Scam. Cheap price on booking. The reservation and car was fine. However after the booking I was changed another 42% beyond the stated remaining balance. If you try and ring them, you hang on forever before they cut off the line. When you get through they say send us an email. When I sent them an email, they changed the booking voucher to add items not included in the cost that are not on my printed voucher (to try and make me not refute the transaction). Avoid - it will cost you!
I initially was worried about booking a car and having to pay at the booking instead of when I picked up the vehicle as I always have before... but, the price was less than half so I chanced it. Everything was fine - the car was through Dollar car rental at the airport and booked through Economy Bookings. The actual vehicle had a few issues but the people were nice and the getting of the car was as fast as the line would allow. I ended up having to extend my stay by 24 hours due to flight cancellation and I was able to reach someone on the phone without any hassel and they didn't charge me any additional fees. I thought it was great.
I booked the car weeks ahead, stating pickup time (in the evening) and flight number. When printing the voucher days before the pickup I discovered the voucher stated pick up at noon. I called the company to correct the error, and they were only willing to correct the error with an extra fee. According to my helper, the website needed constant refresh to work properly. Not good.

When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
