Returning the car proved a bit stressful. Being in a foreign city at night, we had a little trouble finding the entrance and location to the rental return. But we should have given ourselves a little more time
Great service except for the pick up location contact details given was wrong. I have to actually go there to pick up the car as suppose a shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport. Apart from that everything else is good.
They went above and beyond to get all customers a vehicle. Despite the fact that vehicles were short all over the city. They went beyond to make sure i was happy! They drove me to auto repair shop when I returned my rental!
Very disappointed with my car renting experience. First, they weren't transparent about the rental facility being offsite and not being located in the airport. Found this information in the fine print when I couldn't find the rental company at the airport. Secondly, when we got to the offsite facility, they informed us of all these "mandatory fees" that nearly tripled the cost ($288 to $800). Finally, the car was dirty and sounds like the engine is going to explode every time we drive the car! Needless to say, you get what you pay for and I would never use them again.
Beware of Economy Bookings. When you book a reservation on line, it's not made clear when you're making the reservation that you will be subject to local taxes and fees. At first it looks like it's a great deal and after you pay for the reservation on line, you find out that the quoted rate is not the total amount of money you will have to spend to rent the car. Also, when you cancel and I canceled months ahead of time, you do not get all your money back. All I need is for someone to mess over me once and then never again do I use that company. You're better booking from a company in the US.
You would think a company whose entire service is for people after a flight would be more helpful for a delayed flight. They require their money up front and don't care about you at all once they get that. After multiple calls and was informed they would hold my car for me, I got in at 2am and waited for the rental company to open at 5 only to be informed they did not hold it

Despite the amount of time it took to get my vehicle; assuming the vehicle I received was substandard to what my hopes; my family and I were pleasantly and overtly surprised and impressed by the vehicle we received. I rented a car in Madrid Spain, the car broke down within hours while I was driving on the highway. The car had to be towed back to the rental car place. I expected a full refund and it's been 4 months and I can't reach anyone by phone and I've sat on the phone for an hour waiting on hold. Do not use them.
Economy bookings are simply a reseller of car rental services who through their T&Cs have washed their hands clean if any discrepancies are there between what they've sold you and what you get from the actual car hire company. I hired a car in California which turned out I had to pay $140 on top as this wasn't included in the EconomyBookings sold price to me. After handling my complaint for 3 months they finally pointed to their messy T&Cs and said: deal with the car rental company! Terrible customer service based in Ukraine which only operates in EU business hours while selling services worldwide.
Company are scammers. Booked a car as then received email to say that car wasn't available and it was another car and the price had increased. I didn't want the other car offered so declined it. Tried for 5 hours to reach them on the phone - no answer. They charged me a cancelation fee - which changed twice, for NO service at all. Terrible customer service. Only want money.
I am thoroughly disgusted with the service and the booking that I have made with this company. My flight was delayed. I phoned the company in order to inform them on this. In response they chose to impose additional charges, initially telling me that they would have to change the rental company at no extra charge to me, then informing me of a price increase after I agreed to this. No effort was made to rectify the situation. In addition, the number that I was provided for the rental company partner (from where I was supposed to pick up the car) was wrong and could not be contacted. I would avoid this service in future and not hesitate to say it is the worst car rental company I have ever used

The worse company. I rented through economy bookings which went to Aco rent a car which in turn came out to Rent car 4 less at Orlando. My rate was jacked up to 4 times although I had confirm booking with my own insurance and my own SunPass account for Florida toll road. I got stranded although I booked few weeks in advance. Don't trust or use this company. I am renting car in Orlando every two weeks and this is the worse company. Very shady location at Clarion hotel with each room with different rental car company. Avoid all of them. I give them minus 10 rating. I ended going back to airport and had to pay double with different company.
I purchase Full Coverage from Economy Booking for my trip to Italy only to have heard nothing from them after having additional charges to my card. This is similar to the negative experiences/feedbacks given by many consumers, only to find out in their horror that Full Coverage is not recognized by the rental company and the process is long and tedious with the team from EconomyBooking.

Not the first time I order car rental through this company. I always received a positive result, everything was in line with my expectation and voucher received from the EconomyBookings. But when I cancel the reservation I had a problem! At first, they did not send a confirmation of the fact of cancellation, they did not immediately return the money! In both cases, had to call. But after the call, issues were resolved promptly.
