Very satisfied that the rental desk was able to easily change our car out for one with a DC connector to use for the GPS we brought with us. Very friendly; very efficient. Also very much appreciated the shuttle bus driver between the airport and the rental location.
Not aware that car rental had shifted so took some time working that out. Maybe some advise on the rental notification would be a help. Took some time finding where to return the key, as did a lot of other car renters. Asuming, that just around the corner in the box, will do the trick was not quite enough. Maybe hand out a print out with direction when car is picked up.
Surprise when we arrived to our destination:
We already had a valid insurance that they did not want to recognize. So we were forced to pay a 2nd insurance that we absolutely didn't need, which tripled the price we paid for when we initially booked.

Polite and helpful personel that really cares. Office is close to the ferry. Car was very clean and brand new. Not the exact model that we booked but the same class. Very good service for the price! I reccomend to take as small car as you can in Crete because town streets may be pretty narrow; some regional roads as well
Everything great! It was my first time with this company and prices are very good in comparison with other companies I always use. The attention was excellent too! The only thing I would recommend Mariño is the deposit of USD 1000 for a car that is not worth it, all other companies I rented before, ask for USD 500 for even better cars. I think USD 1000 is way too big for the car I rented.:)
They do not have "Free Cancellation" as they claim -- you will be charged 60 Euros to refund the money back on your credit card. They do not adhere to their terms & conditions for the refund either as I was told that the 60 Euros applies per booking and not for the total amount that is held in the "E-Wallet" after you cancel. Their customer service is rotten and they have a F score on the BBB. I am awaiting for a class action lawsuit to be held against this company because they are absolutely horrible for consumers. Do NOT use!

Had a superb exoerience! Highly reccomend. They email you a reminder of your reservations and answer the phone with any questions or changes. I found them very easy to work with. And the most competitive price. Wonderful overall experience from start to finish.
I booked a vehicle in February 2020 for use in Sept 2020. I paid in full upfront. Then cancelled in June because of COVID. Economy Bookings then emailed me saying they will only issue a voucher refund. I'm a senior, and I doubt I will ever be able to use it within the two years it is good for. All I want is my money back.

I rented car from economy booking last week at Las Vegas and pay full price including full coverage to economy booking for 400$, once i drop my car the rental car recharge me again over 700$, they said they didn't get full payment from economy booking thus i paid over 1100 usd for simple car for a week+.

The car was very dirty, I accepted it as it was marked on the paper Received car dirty, the rent amount was charged while booking online but without checking the information the agent charged rent again well receiving the car. He charged twice for the rent and the refund amount is still pending, his name is davind when I spoke to him, he was mad at me saying first I should know how to speak Georgian then he will behave and talk with me normally. I got so angry the money was charged from 3 cards including deposit and he was rude saying he will behave if I speak to him in Georgian when I asked for explanation. Charged me a one way drop off fee from National Rent a Car and when I got there, they said that drop off fee is never to be charged by an agent so ended up paying 65 euros again! National Advised me to call them directly for a quote and not to use this company again!
I booked a car online for a Florida airport. There were two type cars at the lowest price. They wrote me and said there were no cars available for the one I selected, and when I asked about the second type car, they said there were no cars available for that type either. Then, they said I could have a car for an additional cost, about 25% more, so I cancelled. Normally in the US, if a specific car is booked and is not available, the company gives you another car at the same price. I think this was all about bait and switch, so I cancelled the whole thing. They should not have a price online that is not legitimate. I will never use them again.
I was very happy with everything except the first car that was given to me had no plug for my phone... I had to drive for 2 hours to visit my daughter and my phone was low on charge; the gentleman in the parking structure helped me get a car with a charger. But overall I was happy

Next day I informed EconomyBookings to get the full cover insurance reimbursed, but no response. I did contact EconomyBookings several times more, but now more than 10 days later I still did not receive any response of EconomyBookings. They just do not deliver in their insurance and they do not respond to any message: do not hire any car from them!

When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
