I had some questions regarding some seat emblems for a 1967 Fairlane, so I decided to call an Eckler's representative. The questions and answers I received were the following
The emblems I am looking at don't show the backing plate and retainer clips, do they come with them?

The description on the website says pairs of emblems are available at a discounted price but when I put a qty of two in the cart I don't see a discount, is there a separate part number?

Kind of disappointed that I had better luck with the website than a human but I understand not everyone can know all the details for each part.
The first experience was that the web page did not find any producys tgat were relevant to me. After searching all products for early V8 trucks, I was able to find everything. I ordered and then paypal did not work properly, so I paid with cc. Page needs a lot of improvement. Products and collection is great but difficult toborder.
So far so good, looks like l could be back for more stuff for my old truck,thank you. They had a part I was having trouble finding. Service was great, communication was great, would definitely use them again. Thanks Ecklers!
I emailed 3 times about my order and was ghosted, I finally was able to get them on the phone and they said they forgot to send the order, LMAO, 9 days after I ordered, LOL What a shipping department. The box is as big a house. When I tried to cancel,,, They told me they would have to take a week to investigate the lost package, even though the rep went back into the wharehouse and said the item was still sitting on the shelf.
Surprise, they over the weekend a replacement part. It was a $2k part, not a small part. I cant beleive my eyes. They gave me a new faith for the customer service by phone only, email is no good. But they did keep their word and replaced it. That is why I changed my reveiw. I have a better outlook on them as a whole. Patience is the key.

Went into your website to shop in three different categories breaks interior and trim. As far as brakes you had one master cylinder one engine fitting no brake line when I got to interior you had cardboard door panels only only two of which was in stock didn't bother looking in the third category because I figured I would get much of the same, I thought you were taking over or distributing for Dan check apparently they're not sending you anything because you don't have anything to sell. I've been using your website for three years. It's gotten worse every year.

I have to say that I am very disappointed and would highly reckoned using other services instead of ecklers. I had a part on back order for quite sometime 1 year plus and was informed by them all was good with the order and I would receive a notification when it is shipped. I just called back after sometime and they said it was cancelled months ago and I was never informed. There was nothing else discussed over the phone besides we can't help you. Not who I want to be doing business with!

Easy check out. Lots of great parts. My order shipped fast and was exactly as described. Well packaged too.
I enjoyed my shopping experience with Eckler. They carry a variety of products made in the USA.
Orderd door panels after multiple emails and phone calls and run around 5 months later they cancelled my order I will never order from them again!
The wrong parts were shipped to me and no one willfix it.
You do not have all of the L-79 parts that I wanted for my 65 Chevelle and the experience on your site was not pleasant and the freight on two small parts was high.
I bought parts for my corvette. They said all parts were in stock and would ship out tomorrow. The next day I called about my order and was told some of the parts were being shipped from somewhere else and they had been shipped, and would be there in 5 to 7 days. Day 7 came and no parts. So I called them and the parts have not even been shipped yet. Instead of telling the TRUTH they would rather lie to you. TWICE! DONT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a battery from Ecklers and waited weeks and weeks and weeks. Ecklers never contacted me, neve gave an update, never returned phone calls and wasted the entire summer for my antique car. NEVER would I buy from these people again. Horrible Customer Service
I order from Eckler's, (a. K. a. Rick's Camaros and others), pretty often. Why? Price - they're often the cheapest source for the part(s) I need. And that's great and that's a reason to buy from them.
But, they must have super crappy computers and/or IT staff. It's the slowest website I know of. Their website lists items that they no longer carry, and it will let you order them. Searches for items I know they have often turn up empty. When you do order, they'll send you an email that supposedly has tracking info for your order, and instead it takes you to their home page and your order isn't even listed. On multiple occasions they have randomly sent me an invoice for something I ordered, paid for, and received long ago. This is by no means a complete list of issues!
