Great customer service and products. I have ordered parts for my C4 Vette & my 1940 Ford and quality has always been great.
I tried to order multiple clearance items from the site but once I placed them in my cart they went to full price, instead of placing a order I deleted everything.

Recieved the item with a crease in the box, was hoping it did not get to the molding but was not so lucky, molding was bent. Packaging was subpar with just a couple pieces of paper in a flimsy box.
Shipping is feat getting my product quick is most important.
Ordered part had salesman check to make sure it was what I wanted was put on hold for 5 min. Or so and was told Yes it was the right part only to wait 3 days for the wrong part! Now I have to send back and wait 5 to 10 days for refund!

I received my seat belts but didn't open the box until the other day and there weren't any instructions in the box. I started contacting Ecklers three days ago and no one has gotten back to me
