Good on this order.
I have emailed Eckler and Todd several times about a front bumper I purchased. I was installing the bumper and discovered chrome flaking off the passenger side end piece. The flaking on the front side is about dime size. I checked the back side and found an area approximately 6" x 12"'
I want to know about getting the end piece replaced. I will attempt to attach the phots I previously sent.

As I see I am not able to attach please advise who I should send them too.

Ordering parts

My representative Larry is amazing. He has tried to order coil overs for me three different times it shows stock once we order the next day I get notification. There is no stock. There is something wrong with their IT informing their sales people there is stock but actually there isn't.

Prices generally higher than competitors.

Borderline deceptive business practices. From last order received, online pictures of product ******* shows 3 bolts with oversized washers and description stated stainless steel. Ordered 3 sets, but only received 3 bolts with standard washers, different length bolts, not stainless steel, and each bolt/washer set had the part number listed on the website.

What was sent I can get at Lowe's or Home Depot for a third of the cost without shipping.

Most frustrating is the fact that I needed what I thought I was getting to move my project along and now I have to wait until I can get the correct parts, most likely from one of your competitors.

And it's not the first time it's happened but this time I wasn't going to let it slide.

Terrible shipping

First time I ordered from Ecklers they kept moving the delivery day out for three months when it was supposed to be shipped in a week. When I would try to get updates I was told it is being prepared and they will send out tracking information when it is available. Didn't get a resolution until I cancelled the order and ordered the part from someone else and got it in a week. Now I was supposed to get my current order tomorrow, but it has been sitting at "preparing shipment" all week.

I'm sorry about the shipping delay! I left a voicemail but wanted to reach out here as well. I reviewed your order and saw the OPR Rear Grease Seal should be delivered tomorrow. Because of the delay, I made sure we refunded the shipping cost. Typically we try for 3-5 day shipping, and when I reviewed I showed that we had it ready to ship out on the same day the order was placed. Recent order - no information on status

I called because I have yet to get a confirmation on my order, quick to take my money but no order update!

I called and asked the status and the response I got was call back in 24 hours, come on guys this is a joke. I ordered the 1966 Chevelle convertible lower left rear arm rest. E mail - *******@yahoo.com

I'll bet you all don't even have the part I purchased, if not please let me know!

Disappointment
March 24, 2025

I purchase a HVAC part for my 1966 Thunderbird and expected it would be price competitive at $169. Not very competitive when other classic car parts suppliers sell it at $129 for the same identical part! It has been 2days since I purchased this part and I have been bombarded with emails for reviews and sales on other parts. This morning I have 5 new emails from Ecklers and not one of them is an update on when I can expect my order. Needless to say very DISAPPOINTED.

Leaf spring replacement

I bought three inch lowering springs for my 56 Bel Air, they shipped one at a time? So I received one and it had the front bushing in the back, so I changed it around, then I installed it and it's too long, it's hitting the shackle bracket and it's still jacked up? I need to get this done because it's entered in the Boise Roadster show in two weeks!

Very poor. No solutions in customer service.

I ordered a part specific to my car, received the part, spent several hours attempting to install it, and realized the wiring on the part was about 2 inches too short. The part was a turn signal switch with wiring that travels down the inside of the steering column and connects under the dash. The steering wheel has to be removed to complete the replacement. Once I got the new part in the column I realized it was too short to connect to the under dash connector. I found that the part for the tilt and telescope steering column (which I DO NOT have) included an extension. With that extension, I believe my wiring would connect. I started a chat with Paul S. Who though polite, appeared to not have any concept of what I was dealing with and said he could start a return for me, but couldn't ship me the extension. This seems stupid in that it will cost Ecklers more to process the return than ship me a wiring extension. I am a long time customer and have bought parts for several corvettes over the years. I am done with Ecklers and will tell this story to all my buddies. If I could do zero stars I would.

Ecklers attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
