Ordered bumpers for the door frames on 2 door. Easy to find and order and they will prevent door glass from cracking due to door closing...already happened once! Always find what I need and I know I could get help from a person if I needed it..

Placed the order on Feb 16,2025. Excitedly received the shipment Feb 28. The kit arrived with 3 of 3 boxes (labeled). The unboxing revealed the matching rear seat skins not being included. A call to Ecklers led to pictures of what was included being forwarded to Tech support and an investigation being opened. They finally responded by Tuesday ( it was Friday when I received the shipment. A brief text saying they would reach out to the distributor and notify me of a new shipment date. Friday Mar 7, a 4th box arrived. Definitely not 3of 3. No update from Ecklers, but I did send an email notification of the remainder of my order arriving. Sat the 8th i installed my seat cover skins on the seat frames.They look great certainly. Ecklers support could have been better for sure. I have also been a repeat customer after this has happened. Certainly not a deal breaker. Best advice...don't expect a fast delivery, don't expect great support communication. If it happens be surprised. I expected better.
I ordered 2 items that clearly said IN STOCK and they would ship quickly.
Then the next day I got an email saying they wer out of stock and it would take about 2+ months to get them.
Am I the only person who thinks this is wrong?. Shouldn't they tell you upfront? Kind of a bad way of doing business.
When I inquired about it through their "customer support chat" I got no satisfaction and because it was after regular business hours I kindly asked them to reach out to me when they were open to assist me in moving forward. I had tried reaching them but could never get in contact with anyone.
PLEASE think twice before buying from them or at least be sure they really have stock when they say they do... save yourself trouble and time. It's no wonder they are NOT BBB ACCREDITED.I found out after the fact
I replied to their e mail to give them an option to fix the issue before making this review...but as you can see they did not...so I followed the link they sent when they asked for this review...the rest is history

I ordered the Dash Pad cover. Stated it would ship out next day and now its telling me a week later that it is not even expected to ship till the 31st. Then they ask for a review and I have not even received the one thing that I have ordered already. Can not be a good sign.

I shopped the clearance section for parts for a '68 Mustang and was able to find several items I needed at prices lower than I'd seen anywhere else. Ecklers shipped promptly and I received them in a timely manner. No complaints!
The website stated that the item would not fit my vehicle, even though it published the year.
Took a while to find a phone number to call.
Once I spoke to a representative it was easy.
