I Received my order as scheduled on time. When I have ordered product, the product is delivered within the time they estimated the delivery. It allows me to watch for the package on a timely bases.
Ordered a part on May 5th and on checkout was quoted standard shipping at 7-10 business days. Never received an order status change so I decided to get in touch with customer service. After talking to the rep I was told my order would be shipping on 10/29-11/5 6 MONTHS. I requested a cancellation for the order. I was told they could not do that as it was an order from a 3rd party and they had to approve the cancellation. I was never told that it was from a third party or that my order had been changed to 6 months lead time. Just disappointed I had heard good things about Eckler's but this will be my first and last order.
