To find out what booster i needed.Told exactly what I had and what I needed. Person told me what part was needed. I ordered it, as soon as he sent confirmation with picture, called back and told him I asked him for a two cylinder to replace a stock single one.he said it was too late it was already in shipping department. Couldn't be canceled, had to send it back when it came. Only had been a few minutes since I got the confirmation. Now have to wait for it and go through the process of sending it back.
Waited 3 months for emergency cables for my chevelle got brake lines for a camaro sent them back 3 weeks ago haven't got my refund I even called their supplier he said they had the cables in stock I called ecklers 5x they kept extending the eta then got the wrong parts very unprofessional horrible customer service and they lied to me repeatedly their supplier confirmed it I ordered from them had it in 4 days 25% cheaper never buy from liars don't trust them they are a rip off still haven't received my refund they are trashy people
