As an artist, I placed an order to see if my artwork could be reproduced into inexpensive prints. A good outcome would have meant a long stream of continued business in good volume. What I found is the quality of the print is fine, but you can't get a full image printed on the viewing-face side of the canvas. After trying to use the automated tool without success, I spoke with a customer service representative to order an image that would NOT be cropped at all, specifying that the full image would need to appear on the front of the canvas. I was told I would need to purchase a custom size (at quite a premium price) to make that happen, and so I did. I approved a proof that showed exactly what I wanted. Then the canvas print arrived with the image wrapped on the sides - an image inconsistent with the image shown on the proof. And EasyCanvasPrints refused to correct the error. Instead, customer service tried to get me to buy more and pay more for EasyCanvasPrints to do a reprint to correct the error. EasyCanvasPrints refused to acknowledge its responsibility for the error. I don't know if EasyCanvasPrints is dishonest or incompetent, but it sure has no integrity to the service it provides. I recommend you find another company unless you really don't care about the product you receive.
They wont reimburse their terrible print and dont even review before sending out. DONT BUY

I sent EasyCanvasPrints good pictures of my artwork and when I received the canvases the colors and quality was atrocious. I had planned to give one canvas to a customer but not now I'm very embarrassed to give this hideous canvas to anyone. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER...

We took a road trip and came across this piece of art, took a picture and had it put on canvas. It's a great conversation piece! They did a great job and the cost is affordable..
I purchased my canvas June 6th and still have not received it. It stated it was delivered in Austin, Texas - I am in Nashville. When I contacted customer service they stated UPS tried to deliver it but I had the wrong address. I sent them the UPS tracking which clearly states it was signed for and delivered in Austin, TX. They stated I can re-order but I have to pay an additional $32.00 for another delivery OR I can get a refund for the canvas minus the delivery fee. I honestly just want what I paid for MY CANVAS. Customer service via email is responsive - not so much on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I just got the canvas today and wow, just wow! I seriously think it's the best ever... so glad I trusted EasyCanvasPrints with my Daughter's Senior Picture.

Our canvas arrived quickly and it was just as we ordered it. The colors are bright and beautiful and the picture is crisp. The cost was reasonable, and we will enjoy our canvas for years to come

Make sure you look over you portrait carefully. When mine came in I was totally shocked on how beautiful it was, until I looked it over the wood on the back was cracked. I was so so disappointed.
This is my 2nd order and I'm so pleased that it came in before my husband's 50th birthday. Keep up the great work and fast service. And love how carefully each canvas is packed.

When I called to check on image quality shortly after my order was placed, the call went through quickly and the rep was very kind and easy to work with. I have ordered prints in the past and they have all turned out great, I'm looking forward to getting these next set of prints!
As a graphic designer, having a high quality print to begin with is key, you can't expect a low quality image to be blown up to 18x24" without issues. I personally think that may(?) be the issue people are having with getting blurry prints, they may have a photo that looks good at 4x6" but when blown up to 18x24"+ there are not enough pixels to compensate for the size difference thus making the canvas image blurry.
That's just my experience and opinion though, there could be hiccups I'm not seeing. If you are worried about image quality, feel free to call them! As I said my experience was great and only took 2 minutes extra of my time to call and verify. I'm not affiliated in anyway, I just saw how many awful reviews there were and wanted to share my experience! :)
Paid $37.48 plus tax for a 16x16 pillow. Pillow was not 16x16 it was 13x13. Huge difference! Very very cheap quality material! And Print quality was very poor. One good thing I have to say is I was supposed to get the pillow on the 29th and got it on the 20th. Expected much better then what I got. $40 plus dollars for cheap little pillow is rediculous, print or no print. Going to call and see what they say. By other reviews does not look good lol
My wife and I placed our first ever order with Easy Canvas Prints in September. The process was simple and our order total for 2 canvases came to $82.91 with tax and coupon discount. I even screenshotted the final order page before I hit the send button to show my wife all the details. Thank goodness I did screenshot it because right after I hit "Secure Checkout" a screen popped up saying thank you for your order of $118.32! I couldn't believe it. I even checked my email and sure enough they had charged me $118.32. I immediately tried calling Easy Canvas Prints but they don't have any customer service on Sundays.
First thing Monday my wife called their customer service line. A representative named Kenny answered. My wife explained the situation and conveniently he asked "I guess you don't have a screenshot do you?" You bet your sweet ### we do. We sent the screen shot while still on the phone and he viewed it and said the coupon code we used expired the second we sent it but he would fix it and this "doesn't happen very often."
Long story short, Kenny never fixed our problem and after another call to customer service one week later we FINALLY got our $35.41 refunded. The prints came in the mail on time and were decent quality but...

We sent a picture of our granddaughter at the beach for her father's wedding to Easycanvas. When we received it, it was much darker than the original. We called and talked to a very nice man who agreed with our conclusion. He said to go into the camera and brighten the picture and send two or three in that were actually brighter than we wanted They'd put them on canvas and send them back. We pick the one we like and return the rest for credit. So we did all that We were charged $118 for the three new pics, but I figured we'd be credited that same amount after we returned the three we didn't want. So I sent back the three and waited for the credit. Finally, I called and talked with an arrogant young man who made it clear in his five months with the company, it was never done this way and that I had obviously misunderstood instructions. We argued for a bit until I finally asked what they were going tp do for me. He then talked with a supervisor and gave me $75 credit. In the end, after a lot of hassle, we got a nice picture costing us $100 instead of the $37 we anticipated.
This is my go to company for canvas prints they come out photo quality even large prints I ordered several 24x36 and they come out perfect and by far the best price on the internet
I ordered 13 different 11x14 on 12/2/21, I received them all 8 days later on 12/10/21. They turned out excellent, exactly what I ordered. I'm so excited to give them to my friends & family!
Last week I placed an order, which should have totaled $60, including shipping. When I clicked to complete the order, the shipping cost changed, jumping from $29 to $147. There was no way to stop the order going through, so I immediately got on chat (it was after hours) to request they cancel the order and issue a refund. I left my name, phone number, and email address. Then I went to their contact form and sent an email. No one replied to me. The next day, I tried calling but couldn't get a human being, so I went back to the chat box, and my same chat was there but marked "RESOLVED" and saying I would hear from the company via email. I checked my inbox and spam folder. Nothing. I then got an email saying my order had shipped, so I replied to their provided email address, demanding that they refund the shipping overage.
I finally got a reply from customer service after three days. They said they were sorry about the cart glitch and would refund the shipping difference ($128) within 10-14 working days. Here's hoping! The canvas print arrived, well packaged and in good shape. The print quality is a little bit grainy up close, but the 36"-wide shot looks really good if you step back a foot or more. I'm happy with it, but I don't think I'd chance placing another order if the company hasn't fixed the glitch that caused me to be overcharged so much in the first place. Probably safer to go with a local printer.

Answer: The delivery time was under a week. I live in the country so everything takes a day longer than expected. I chose to have the art team evaluate the quality of the image before printing. They contacted me right away and the only delay there was me getting back to them. I talked with an artist on the phone about it and then it went out almost right away.
