My photo has print lines from bad printer heads and the mounting tore through the paper and you can see it from the front. I emailed but still no resolution. I do not recommend until their quality improves.
Acrylic Print
I ordered a canvas print from them. About 6 months later, I noticed the print was sagging. I have several other canvas prints from other providers in the same room, they are tight as the day I bought them. So I contacted Easy Canvas Prints. They said, sorry this happened, but it's outside of the 90 day window. You can buy another from us if you like. What? Why would I buy another when you did not stand behind the first one you made?
Easy to order and customize. Product arrives quickly and always looks good. I have used them for many products including canvas prints in multiple sizes and metal prints. On one occasion the hanger was left off and the immediately corrected the problem by redoing the print at no charge.
Excellent quality and very well constructed. The dust cover is heavy duty, and with the hanger, is ready to go on the wall. With their Christmas sale, the price is unbeatable and I have gotten numerous canvas prints done up to 30 inch. I also ordered a medal print to see what it is like, but it hasn't arrived yet.
