Two metal prints I ordered from EasyCanvasPrints were damaged in shipping. The shipping box was a simple cardboard wrap with a sheet of cardboard on the face. But the damage was to the corners of the metal prints that were bent as the boxes were obviously tossed and the corners of the box is were dented and bent. The online order went well and the production time was very fast but why couldn't the package be better protected in shipping? I had read previous reviews of this same problem by others so I figured that with such reviews having been published they might have corrected the problem, but it appears this has not happened. So buyers beware!
Hello, It took a lot longer to get these than I had hoped. My delivery to my client was very late. The larger print of the cross had minor bowing, about 1/16" on each side. I am okay with that. For the smaller piece, the bowing is the same as the first shipment. I am not sure if I can trust that you can deliver large canvas prints that are not bowed. I have two clients that are not pleased, one because of delivery time and the other because I cannot give them the piece with significant bowing. The problem is with your larger pieces, the material you use is too weak and bows when you sretch the canvas. If you wish to stay with that material, you will have to brace the frame in the center to keep it from bowing. Unhappy.

The colors were not very vibrant. All the corners were bent upon arrival and one of the hangers wasn't glued on straight making it very difficult to hang. I wont order metal prints from here anymore.
This is the second order from them and this was worse than the first. The first had the mounting upside down and the corners were damaged. The second had no photo on it at all.
I'm very pleased with my order. Great quality and reasonable shipping time. I will continue to order from EasyCanvas.
The printed version is much much darker than the picture I sent you! I would rate this one at a FAIL!
First time.trying yall out, and unfortunately the canvas was super blurry. The image wasn't matched to fit the canvas as expected and somehow the siding ended up a different color.
I ordered two things a canvas and a mug I only received the mug. Do you have proof of delivery of the canvas? What do I need to do to get this deliverd?
The photo specified in the order was not printed on the blanket. The purpose of the purchase was to have my pet photo!

Ordered a 36x18 canvas print of me and my wife on December the 11th 2024 paid $9.99 for shipping got an email December the 23th saying that my package will be delivered January 14th 2025 totally unacceptable very disappointed never again

This was my second order in a week. I was very satisfied with my first order. So satisfied that I ordered a second much larger image. It came out very pixelated.
I ordered 10 canvas prints from this company totaling $348. The website was easy to use, the canvases arrived fairly quickly, and the price was certainly good for that many canvas prints.
When they arrived, I discovered why they were so cheap. All 10 canvases were so blurry that they aren't able to be used. The quality is truly horrible.
I called customer service and waited probably 45 minutes and was told that the resolution of my photos were the reason. I asked why I was not notified of this low resolution and was told that I could have paid extra (per canvas) to have them checked, otherwise they are just sent out the way they are received.
The customer service agent offered me a $90 refund on a $348 order, to which I told him that was unacceptable. He put me on hold, and came back with a counter offer of $200. I accepted, although I'm furious to be out the other $148. We will see if I receive the refund - but whatever you do, DO NOT order from this company.
I have bought canvas prints many time, but never from this company before. I always look at reviews before making a purchase, but for some reason, I didn't this time. There are 7 (SEVEN) pages of complaints at BBB.org about Easy Canvas Prints.
I placed an order on 11/11 with estimated delivery for 11/20. On 11/23 contacted them for help. They said the order " had a glitch and didn't go through" but the order would be re-submitted. Re-contacted on 12/2 and was told "the order didn't go through, re-submit it". Terrible customer response and terrible service.
Old order number *******. New order number *******. Hasn't arrived yet. Old one arrived with their cut off. Had to order it larger and it cost me much more. Instead of 69.00 it cost me 200.00.
Overall print quality was just not great. Ordered several prints when prices were on sale and they all came at not a high quality. Granted a few photos were JPEGS, most were taken with a professional camera and edited, and they all came blurry due to the pattern of the canvas material. Not sure if worth asking for a refund if that is just the general quality of how they print.
I ordered 3 prints and anything larger than an 8x8 is heavily pixelated and blurry.
They informed me that they don't have any software that helps with this issue after they got my money and sent me the terrible prints. They're not offering to make it right either. Waste of $100
I would like to have my money back. As you can see from the photos, the pictures are damaged: the paint is peeling off the acrylic because they were improperly packaged. The adhesive tape was applied directly to the picture, or it shifted during transport. The outer boxes had no damage. Only when we opened the box did we realize that the adhesive tape was applied directly to the picture. Additionally, the adhesive tape was placed in such a way that it did not hold the picture securely. As a result, it was loose inside the packaging after the adhesive tape came off. I have photographed one of the adhesive tapes for you, where you can even see the paint stuck to it. Moreover, the pictures have several 'print streaks.' This clearly shows that the printer used did not have enough ink. I have also tried to photograph these streaks.
Additionally, you will receive the complete photos as requested. I am more than disappointed and must inform you that I will definitely not be recommending your company.
Don't be swayed by the low price - you get what you pay for! These "artisans" will print and frame whatever you send them. They don't notify you if your submission is low resolution. I paid $54.51, and they agreed to return $30.89 because the print was so blurry. So it cost me $23.62 to throw the item in the trash! Even CVS and Walgreens let you know if your print it too low resolution. Very disappointing.
Avoid ordering anything here. I received their wrapped canvas prints that they had printed in the most odd fashion - there were cut out parts of the photo added to the sides of the canvas, so bad they are unusable. They call this "mirror image". When I contacted customer service about this (including photos of the terrible product), they advised me that this was printed properly and that I would not get a full refund. The photo quality is also VERY POOR.

Answer: The delivery time was under a week. I live in the country so everything takes a day longer than expected. I chose to have the art team evaluate the quality of the image before printing. They contacted me right away and the only delay there was me getting back to them. I talked with an artist on the phone about it and then it went out almost right away.

Answer: I chose to have my image reviewed by the art team before printing. I took the photo on my phone and the 36 inch print came out looking good! I was able to talk with an artist on the phone to confirm the image quality before printing. This service was definitely worth the extra few dollars.
