Disappointed in the quality of the picture. The colors were dull. My photo was bright and vivid.

Question:

Will the corners of my large canvas i have uploaded and considering buying, be protected on the edges? i have seen a lot of complaints on this in the reviews? is there a way of knowing before purchasing, if the quality of the photo i uploaded is good enough for this large canvas of 24x40 that i want to order?

Answer:

NO PROTECTION! They just wrap a thin piece of plastic around canvas and stick it in a thin cardboard box, and ship and hope.

Answer:

Worst choice I ha ve made this year... I ordered my Christmas presents from this company. The colors are all $#*!y, some canvas came with white pieces unprinted on the border, their complaint and refund policy is difficult and hard! They are rude and evassive! Low quality.
