Answer:
The delivery time was under a week. I live in the country so everything takes a day longer than expected. I chose to have the art team evaluate the quality of the image before printing. They contacted me right away and the only delay there was me getting back to them. I talked with an artist on the phone about it and then it went out almost right away.

Answer:
I chose to have my image reviewed by the art team before printing. I took the photo on my phone and the 36 inch print came out looking good! I was able to talk with an artist on the phone to confirm the image quality before printing. This service was definitely worth the extra few dollars.
