They do NOT advise that photo you provide is not appropriate for size of enlargement you choose—they just charge, print & ship regardless of poor quality. Customer service denies that website "100% guaranteed to delight" means guaranteed satisfaction.

Had this made for a focal point of our new living room this is from a cottage on lake Erie that we go to that my lady loves and it brought to her eyes she loves it. But it's my money and I'm very happy with the picture
My card was fraudulently charged and I have spoken to this company twice and was told they would refund those fraud charges, today I was told they will Not refund even though there was a different name address, phone # than mine. This company apparently doesn't know what they are doing by not telling me yes I would be refunded. I would not order any thing from them. Heaven forbid you want a refund. Thanks for NOTHING
I send a high quality family picture, what I got was a 16x20 print with two of my grand kids cropped out on both sides. I called the Easy Canvas person, his explanation was that I picked the wrong size. As a customer I have no idea what size must I order among the many sizes they offer. He laid the blame on me.
The man refuse to accept any responsibility for the mistake. From my experience, they are not reliable, won't stand by their product. He offered me to reprint with a small reduced charge. In short I lost my money and got a lot of frustration. Can't imagine this type of business still can operate in 2021. Be careful folks.
I ordered 24 calendars for $383. The preview for each month looked perfect. I received the order a couple of weeks later and there were odd borders on nearly every month that did not show up in the preview.
I contacted them asking to reprint. They responded with, "They determined that this printed true to our production process for these items. However, they were able to update the design for a better reprint result." and offered me a $90 credit to reprint.
Sooo... what they're saying is this is the typical garbage we put out but we fixed it in case you wanna drop another $300 with us and fingers crossed you don't get another box of useless crap.
The picture came out so grainy and pixelated it looked horrible. I wish they would let you know before printing starts if it's a bad picture or if it's not going to come out right. Had high hopes for this company too.
Placed an order and like person below I was charged a ridiculous shipping fee of $119. Called immediately stayed on hold for 35 minutes, never talked to anyone. Used chat and got a promise of a refund, pretty doubtful it will happen.
Wish I would of read reviews before ordering. Received my canvas pictures and I was shocked with how bad they were. I cannot believe a business would send something like that out. Don't waste your money! This place is a joke!
Their canvas prints remain close to the colors as seen on screen. They're clear and sharp with good density and contrast. The structure of the stretched canvas and frames is strong but light. No additional framing required unless you want it. Very pleased with rapid shipping. Overall fantastic value. Try one. You'll like it.
First order was super satisfactory so I ordered a couple more canvases. Everyone that saw them thought that they were oil paintings! People also commented about the sturdy quality of the frames holding the canvas.
This company sends me an unending stream of spam and does not honor unsubscribe requests. They forge the email headers to try to circumvent spam filters. No only is this unethical, it is also illegal! Do not support companies that undertake these shady practices and spend your money elsewhere!
I do not recommend this place! They sent my picture to me extremely blurry! Customer service acts brain dead and I have called twice and have been asking for my lousy 9.99 from before before Christmas! I don't believe you will get your refund either if something goes wrong!
I placed an order after checking "standard shipping" only to find when I received email confirmation of the order it had been switched to express air which made my cost 2 1/2 times what I planned. After 45 minutes on hold I was told a credit would be issued. I will wait to see. The annoying part though, aside from the time, is that I did NOT select express shipping. I am not an idiot and would never pay $130+ to ship $65 of merchandise. Now that I have read reviews I am worried about the quality of what I receive. Another thing, the customer service person was not able to duplicate my initial order, coming out a few dollars more or less. I have a screen shot of the order. What is that about?
Ordered a single photo print, came out nice. Second order was a four photo montage, they totally botched it. The cropped images were nothing like the originals. They cut off portions of all four photos resulting is a terrible result instead of something I intended to be beautiful. Never will order from them again
Although they were very timely, the frame is sturdy for a 30x30, the actual print is fuzzy, off center in the frame and there is a huge flaw blank white line going down from slightly offset center to the right.
Unsatisfactory but if they assist in the refund process, correction or replacement then I might consider using this site again.

Such poor quality! Second time. First time I got a bad outcome, they said we'll give a credit that i was never able to redeem. Second order, a large photo, my son's shirt is half purple and half blue, very obvious. Customer service said, 'send us a photo'. I downloaded a photo but why would I lie?. They said 'oh we can't open it'. Back and forth. I just want a return label and my money back. Any of the other services, even Walgreens does a much better job.
I had a previous order that the image was not of the quality I was expecting. I emailed your customer support and heard right back, and when we were ready to reorder a replacement I called and the call was answered almost immediately! The representative was terrific and super helpful, and the replacement arrived yesterday and looks great. We intend to order more prints for our offices and I will definitely use your company and recommend you as well to others. I worked in Retail & Customer Service Management for over 25 years, and this is how I would want my teams to treat our customers. Great job!
I purchased 3 prints from them, 1 arrived clearly damaged. I called customer service and sent the representative a picture of the damage. He stated he would send out a replacement. 3 days later I received an email asking for more information. I provided the information and I then called customer service again and was told at that point the best they could do was provide a 30 percent refund. This was supposed to be a gift and the 1st representative i spoke to told me I would have it before the date I told him I needed it. This was a terrible experience and I had actually purchased 4 more prints based on the fact that I thought they were going to replace the damaged one. I asked for a Supervisor in customer service to call me back and I was never called back.very disappointing experience.

Answer: The delivery time was under a week. I live in the country so everything takes a day longer than expected. I chose to have the art team evaluate the quality of the image before printing. They contacted me right away and the only delay there was me getting back to them. I talked with an artist on the phone about it and then it went out almost right away.

Answer: I chose to have my image reviewed by the art team before printing. I took the photo on my phone and the 36 inch print came out looking good! I was able to talk with an artist on the phone to confirm the image quality before printing. This service was definitely worth the extra few dollars.
