HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION/CUSTOMER SERVICE---NEVER EVEN STARTED PRODUCTION ON MY PRINT 2 WEEKS LATER

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Ordered an acrylic 24x36 photo print 4/27. The representative I spoke with and ordered through assured me the simple touch up I wanted to have done would be a non issue and I would recieve it in time. I never received a call, I had to continuously follow up. In calling, I found out the resolution wasn't large enough, so I did exactly what they asked me to do, took it to fedex/kinkos and had them scan it at the highest resolution possible. Again, never got a reply until I called and spoke with another rude representative. They said the scan was tilted so the print would be tilted when they create it. Seriously? My cell phone can crop a photo and un-tilt it! So I was told the arts department had to review and adjust it (which I paid extra for). Still no communication from your company. I gave it a week and called yesterday to see where it was in the process (I also paid rush shipping to have it here by the 9th). Evidently they haven't done anything with my photo, haven't even started to retouch or edit it and told me there's no possible way I'd get it, not only by the 9th, buy by the day of our anniversary trip, the 15th! Again a very rude non-apologetic representative who took over 30 minutes on the phone to gather that information for me! When I called last week, I very clearly asked if there was a problem, so I could either rescan, or cancel my order and try to order it from somewhere else to get it in time. They assured me, it was being rushed and I would get it on time. I also asked to speak with the "arts department" directly which cannot be done, they have to email them and wait for a reply which also never happened.

I could not be more disappointed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH EASY CANVAS, IT'S THE OPPOSITE OF "EASY"!

Relentless Illegal spam

Let me give you the lowdown on EasyCanvasPrintsDeals.com – they're like that friend who can't take a hint and keeps showing up uninvited to your party, except in this case, the party is your inbox, and the uninvited guest is their relentless spam.

I don't know about you, but I've had it up to here with their incessant emails. It's like they're playing a never-ending game of tag with my delete button, except I never signed up to play in the first place. No matter how many times I try to shake them off by hitting that unsubscribe button, they just keep bouncing back like a bad penny.

But don't just take my word for it – I've heard horror stories from others who've tangled with EasyCanvasPrintsDeals.com. We're talking deceptive subject lines, sketchy unsubscribe practices, you name it. It's enough to make you want to throw your laptop out the window.

Bottom line? Save yourself the headache and steer clear of EasyCanvasPrintsDeals.com. Unless you're into playing cat-and-mouse with spammers, in which case, be my guest. But if you value your sanity and your inbox's peace and quiet, do yourself a favor and give these guys a wide berth. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Spamming Scumbags

This company employs a sleazy direct marketing publisher that uses scummy and possibly illegal tactics. Once they get your email, expect 10 to 20 emails per day every day and not just advertising EasyCanvasPrints. Oh no. This sleazy ad company uses your email for countless other companies as well. And don't click the "unsubscribe" link. All that does is tell the scumbags they reached a legitimate email address. The garbage marketer spoofs (fakes) an email return address but always includes the same ID before the at (@). The most recent is made to appear like it's from *******@partarticles.com.

And yes, before you ask, I know the email is advertising the same company because the emails include identical pictures and promotions as their site and their street address which also shows up on a BBB complaint (with their website address) for the same bulk spam practice and the company admitted to doing it (https://www.bbb.org/us/tx/austin/profile/canvases/easy-canvas-prints-*******6560/complaints)
These people are garbage. Anyone who has to resort to such scummy practices to get people to their site doesn't produce a product that speaks for itself.

Pricing seems good until issues arise. Unbalanced pricing. Site template issues.

Unlike some of the reviews I have to say that I have not had an issue with print quality. They seem to come out with acceptable quality, detail, color and clarity. My issue is with inconsistency with their site templates and with production, in particular the stretching process. This has been an ongoing issue with this company that I have pointed out many times.

Some templates on the site are not accurate. For example you may choose a 2:3 ratio template and it will still want to crop the ends off a 2:3 ratio image you upload. Pricing is not balanced. An image at 24x36 is $53. Go up one size on same image, same ratio, and its $225!

I have placed several orders with them and each order typically will have 4 or more 24x36 prints. Practically all of my images have a built in, thin black border around the image. This black border is part of the visible image. On practically all of my orders, at least one of the prints will have that black border stretched unevenly or even stretched so that it is not visible. I have emailed them multiple times immediately after placing an order explaining this to them and asking them to pay close attention to the black border and the stretch. Each time they act like they do not know what I'm talking about, even though I have told them multiple times and have had to have multiple reprints done. To their credit, they have reprinted all of these at no additional cost to me, however cost comes in different forms. In this case the cost is to my reputation of being able to deliver what my clients ask for in a timely manner. These reprints cause a huge delay and my clients have started mentioning it to me and to other clients.

I have five 24x36 images that are arriving this week at the location that distributes to my clients. Typically there is at least one image in my orders that is stretched improperly and has to be reprinted. If this turns out to be the case then I will have to try other services. There are other services that have slightly higher prices but offer free shipping if the order is over $150. My orders are all typically over this amount so it may balance out. Even if it cost a little more it will be worth it if they get the prints right on the first shot.

It would appear that they are trying to improve. They need to change their site so you can join as a client. This way they can track individual orders and needs better. I attached some samples. The first one shows template issue. You can read caption on image for explantion.
