I ordered 4 8x8 canvas prints as special gifts. "Next day shipping" is NOT next day. I placed the order and the following day received an email titled Your Order Has Shipped. (I trustingly believed it, and was reassured the special gifts would arrive in time.) Only to discover all that had occurred was the creation of an address label. The Items did not ship ( leave the facility) until 7 business days after the label was created! (Items Arrived 5 days past the company's arrive by day indicated in their email.) Thus the special gifts arrived well past the needed and indicated time, Anticlimactic and very disappointed.

I appreciated the ease and smoothness of navigating their website, creating the prints and payment process.
The quality is equal to what you pay with the sale/discounted prices. The frame is good and sturdy. The novelty of having a personalized canvas print; I would recommend.

Cautions- One print came out a little bit fuzzy -possibly a lower picture quality. The website does not indicate picture quality as some other companies do. (I did NOT check for any recommendations on picture specs.)
Two prints have corners that are not taunt.
The solid color sides on one of the canvases was not an exact color match and it's alignment is off kilter.
If your not on a time limit for an arrival then all in all a decent convenient service,
All things considered I would use again.

This is one of my favorite purchases from EasyCanvasPrints. Thank you for allowing the option of creating other sizes than just the regular sized canvases.

I suggest you call EASY CANVAS immediately after placing your order to have them look at it to make sure it will be to your liking. Their site does not inform you if the photo you're using will not make a good print. I called them for something else, and the rep volunteered that information which I was very grateful! Also the hanging systems that they offer does not come attached to the pictures which is not clear when you order. What else isn't clear on their site is that their prints do come with a complimentary bracket on the back of the print for hanging. If I had known that I would have never ordered the hanging systems for the 1 order. I had a second order without adding the hanging systems. Anyhoo, I informed EASY CANVAS that I paid MICHAEL's to attach the hanging systems to my 5 pictures, and Easy Canvas immediately processed my refund for the hanging systems. I loved their work, and I will definitely use them again in the future!

I ordered 3 different canvases from you within days of each other. I was not impressed with this one. Unfortunately, it was the first to be ordered and therefore was the first to be seen. I was so disappointed and I was already regretting ordering the other 2 canvases after seeing this one. Although the photo on the canvas is just as I ordered it the back looks like it will come apart. It appears to have been done by someone who has either never done it before or they just were in such a hurry that they didn't care how it looked or whether it would come away from the wooden frame it was attached to. The packing was thrown together very badly, with wide packing tape holding the canvas to the cardboard backing and send without the hanging kit. I was surprised when the other two came and were very professionally done. Also, the packing of those two canvases was very well done and the hanging kits were included in both. Sorry, I am very disappointed with how this canvas was attached and packed so I am only giving you 1 star. However, if I were rating the other 2 canvases I would give them both 5 stars.

There website is laid out very well. Easy to get the picture you want on canvas. The end picture came out excellent I would say try it you will be surprised.

Over 7-8 years, they delivered Top Quality Canvas Prints (over 30 Large Prints). On the last order, the wood used for the frame was too heavy to hang on the wall (3 small prints), and Customer Service offered zero value when they finally responded to my email. The 3 prints are a total waste of money. The order prior to this last order took extra weeks before I received it. Poor Quality Product PLUS Poor Customer Service EQUALS Lost customer.

I am impressed with the quality retained in this enlargement. The photo is a frame capture from a video i took of my horse drinking water. I recommend them, and will definitely buy again.

Great price, easy order process, secure and protective packaging, quick shipping, beautiful canvases ready to hang! I ordered four: two for me and two for gifts.

This picture was the last time our mothers were together for July 4 th celebration. They both have passed on now but we remember that day bividly. Now through your creation and keep them forever.

I ordered 3 canvas and 2 out of 3 are blurry. Tried to contact customer service and no response. I would not order anythinh from them anymore. Very disappointed.

Turned out better than I had imagined! I was worried about the words wrapping on the side but it's very minimal. I am very pleased with how it turned out and will be ordering more!

The quality of their work was second to none! Was so impressed with how easy the process was, and how quickly they turned around a masterpiece for me.
