Flight ticket booking on EMT is really cheap. Interesting thing on EMT is throughout year 0 convenience fees. Lucrative offers on hotel bookings and other packaged travel bookings makes it most useful application for travel plans.
During covid lockdown time, all my travel tickets got refunded without calling or asking EMT. It's really convenient.
Really recommend others to use EMT for travel and hotel bookings.

Don't book with this company ،im writing again and again to expose you, i payed for a hotel in Dubai since 26/09
They didn't book for me anything and they said we will, refund you in 4 to 5 days
Now its more than a month and still no refund

Nice to book a flight vesy quickly. I have book the ticket from pune to chennai to and fro in lockdown unfortunately flights has got cancelled i raise a ticket for refund the amount they will refund the cash with in 7 working days. Customer care staff is very cooperative and flexible with customers

Dont book tickets from easemytrip. Ye customer ke proper koi b help nai krte just formality k elawa. M flight book ke jis m 3 flights connected thi Luftansa air canada and air india. Ospe name ke mistake hui. Just (i) ke jga ee dal gya. Or mene inse baat ke ye problem ha to Easemytrip ke team bol rhi ha ye shi nhi hoga mene apne app Luftansa or Air Canada se call pe shi krwa lea. Ab air india se baat ke to wo bol rhe ha apki travel agency hamse shi krwa sakti ha app nhi Or travel agency Easemytrip ke team bol rhi hamara b yaha rule ban gya ha k kese ka name shi nhi krwa sakte mere pass air india ke call recording b ha jo inki team ko share b ke. Please dont use Easemytrip enke apne rule haa.

The service is quite good even I had done booking via ease my trip during pandemic. However when my flight got cancelled they returned me whole amount without charging anything... awesome service

• No one is responsible to pick up the phone and no one calls the client to solve queries.
• It's a very disappointing and shocking situation, such a big company doing this!
• They had promised to pay within 7 days; however, the airlines have already paid the money to Easemytrip and I have a proof for the same, still, they are holding the payment.
• Can any authorized person can solve the query?
• Before buying a ticket from EaseMyTrip TAKE PRECAUTION for the same

Best App for Flights or Hotel bookings.
They provide handsome discounts on various booking. They also help us out if there has any query like refund or date change.

They attract customers with the promise of low-priced tickets, but upon payment, they claim a sudden and significant price increase of 30-50%. This appears to be a deliberate attempt to obtain more money from customers. Such behaviour is unethical and unacceptable.

Refusing to comply with their unreasonable demands, they offered a refund within 14 days. However, it is important to note that this refund offer may be deceptive. It seems they aim to retain customers' funds for as long as possible while making false assurances of reimbursement. This approach demonstrates a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

In retrospect, I regret not booking directly with the airline instead of using EaseMyTrip. It is evident that they exploit unsuspecting customers by inflating prices and manipulating the booking process for their own financial gain.

To avoid a similar experience, I recommend considering alternative options and choosing reputable platforms or booking directly with airlines. This will help ensure a transparent and hassle-free booking experience.

Easemytrip is the worst airline ticketing company. There customer service has no clue of ticket rescheduling, cancellation and refunds. I wanted to cancel my flexi ticket at indigo. I called them to ask for what refund i will get. The cust care person told me the refund much lesser that my expectation (about 70% deducted), because I had rescheduled the flight once so more payment was done for rescheduling. He said whatever money was paid for rescheduling will not be refunded, So I called indigo and asked them, Indigo told that they will deduct only 500 and refund, So i cancelled at indigo.

When i checked back with easemytrip, they have no clue of what indigo refunded to them, they are not even aware of additional payment I did for the rescheduling (I used easemytrip only to do the rescheduling and made extra payment for it). The customer care person told me they will check with the airline how much refund is done? Really - do you have any accounting systems? Any tracking of money credited into your bank account for ticket cancellations or ticket rescheduling?

This is a joke, don't book with them. Big hassle. They have non-functional systems when it comes to rescheduling and cancellation, or maybe they want to cheat on customers
