I booked a flight ticket from this website but flight was cancelled but still my refund amount was not credited almost 2 months is over.
If I speak with airlines they are saying money was already processed but easymy trip website people are saying we are not received. I cannot understand where the miss communication happened.

Their booking process sucks. And they need 24 hours time to do any small confirmation or rejection of ticket. Meanwhile other platforms are doing it in minutes. Theit customer care is pathetic and $#*!TY. WORST APP EVER.

I rescheduled and cancelled the flight on same day. Worth 10k spent.
Refund received only 450/-. Sent multiple mails and reached out to multiple customer care agents to know the breakdown.
They will not give you the breakdown of the refunded money, will only keep saying whatever they received from airlines they fwded. This comes under hiding information from consumer.
Already moved to consumer forum against it and brought it in the notice for Republic Bharat and Zee news. You guys are running the scam if the proper information is not sent to the consumer.
When you cancel you get the entire breakdown, summing to your spent amount. Just giving a normal cancellation charge like airlines deduction of 3k does not work.
I made a booking for a very important travel plan. They cancelled my local flights and then suggested that I go ahead with flight change. The flight change tokm 2 months to even give me a response about what is happening. Just 4 days before my flight, they come back and tell me that they can't make the flight change as promised and I will have to pay double the amount even when I made the initial Booking 4 months ago.
On top of that, now, they are ghosting me. Not responding to calls. Not answering to emails. Not picking calls or making callbacks.
This company doesn't even stick to its name. Making the booking process extremely uneasy and calling themselves easemytrip.
Even rating them with 1 is a lot. I want to rate them in negatives. Pathetic organization with pathetic customer service and pathetic processing time.

I booked flight booking for Mumbai - Goa through Easemytrip on 01-09-2023. Booked Akasa Airlines evening flight from Mumbai to Goa date on 26/09/2023 Seat no F26. We also made UPI through payment for booking but I did not get any confirmation. My 1704.00 rupees have also been deducted from UPI. We attached Payment paid UPI transaction details, bank statements but customer care executive send again and again only system generated mail and said check with your bank. Still Not getting any satisfied reply from Easemytrip.

I had an issue regarding my flight rescheduling so i raised the issue to their concerned team. Their social media team contacted me at the earliest and then assited regarding the problem i was facing. They contacted the airlines and got my flight rescheduled on time. Thanks for the support provided

I booked through Easemytrip agent of 5th july and had two layovers at london and dublin. I asked couple of times with agent that if we require any kind of transit visa and my agent deepak said we don't need any visa. When we reached delhi airport, BA staff didn't allow us to board the flight because we don't have Dublin transit visa. I have contacted several.times with my agent deepak they are just taking their step back saying contact british airways. I have uploaded a screenshot which shows the agent deepak giving details of the flight while booking which says nothing about the ireland terminal change. I have spend a lott of money in booking another flight on the spot.

As per the airlines, the passenger was denied to due lack of transit visa and also we have clearly mentioned on our website that airline-specific guidelines must be checked before making the booking with respective airlines as they may have different visa & entry regulation criteria.In addition to this, we have escalated the concern with the airlines regarding reissuance/cancellation and response is yet to be received from them. Also as per the airline's fare rules, the booking stands non-refundable and non-changeable.

I have used services of EaseMyTrip and it's good with great deals and I have applied good coupon codes against which I got a very good discount and moreover their social media escalations team is very helpful if you face any issue. Kudos to the team.

I booked my flight between bbsr to Hyderabad with refundable option through easeMyTrip, however due to Hyderabad lockdown I have to cancel my ticket. Travel date 12th May
However, when I called easeMyTrip customer care, they did not refund a single penny. Service was really pathetic from the customer care. This is really unprofessional. You guys have to refund the amount and credit back. I ll go to next steps, if no money is refunded in 1 week

Its cheaper the competition and actually good. They made sure that i got my ticket price back which was cancelled due to lockdown. They even called me to confirm whether i recieved it or not. I couldn't login into my bank's website, so they were patient with me and called me multiple times for the confirmation. Good work people. Keep it up!
I booked the ticket from ease my trip in the month of march though flight couldn't operate due to lockdown I got my refund in very less time and the service and support thy have provided on time is appreciable.
It has been overly stressful to get any service from them. I am traveling from Toronto to Mumbai on 5th July. I realised my outgoing flight from Toronto got cancelled when I went in to reserve seats, I had no intimation from anyone from EaseMy Trip. I have contacted them at least 10 times, emailed them as well. The agents give a lot of assurances of rescheduling team working on alternatives and a response in 1 hour- 12 hours have gone by with at least 10 calls with the same assurance with no result. I have emailed as well as well as used WhatsApp as well to no avail. Never experienced such level of service. I am awaiting a response to this post before I take some other action.

EasemyTrip through Travnova approached me on 26-12-19 to attend a 30 min meet at yellow chillies, Ludhiana. They assured me not to compulsion to spend any money for the membership. They told me just to attend meet followed by dinner and gift vouchers of movie tickets for two and a 2N/3D holiday package. As meeting proceed it took more than 2 hrs with forceful and disgusting behaviour of employees. They even insult us to take membership and when we denied to entertain their demand they did not even offer us dinner and the promised gift vouchers. Such company are black spot on tour companies.

Have been following for a wrong deduction for nearly 3 weeks. All executives are brainless people, who don't understand a detail mail. Recovering extra money during deduction. Eye washing discount coupons just to loot money. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS WEBSITE, IF U DONT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.
Ecause of Covid-19 measures they received money back from the airlines for cancelled trips. However they do not communicate that to their customers, you have to discover same yourself. Even worse they only pay you back your ticket in your name and not the other travelers you booked for and paid for. In fact they steal your money. They state they can only pay back on the travelers bank accounts. So you book for a minor who has no bank account, you pay for it, they get the money back from the airline, but they do not refund you for same. Their excuse is saying sorry as it's their policy. Better not book again with them as they enrich themselves with money stolen from their customers
