This is in reference to my hotel booking reference no. EMT *******, I am writing to aware all about the kind of services are been rendered to a customer booking through EASEMYTRIP, I had booked Hotel stay for 1 night in Hyderabad and when I reached the hotel in Evening, they told they don't have any booking reservation from Ease My Trip but the whole payment was debited from my Card and the same was confirmed by customer service and made me wait at the hotel reception for hours to find another hotel in that area, But no one called back or arrange any booking and I had to all the way find another hotel in far away place and till date they just refunded the amount collected and even after complaining to the founder about the services there is no reply from any executive neither any compensation or any apology.
Amazing experience I made a booking with easemytrip and airline was not providing full refund. However they have processed full refund from their pocket
I have bookied the ticket in 2019 but passenger was not able to travel due to COVID so airlines refunded the amount to Easemytrip in Jan 21. So I took a hardcore followup eith more than 50 mails 200 calls 100's of DM'son FB Twitter and everywhere but they never returned my money yet... Just a fraud company

Recntly i had a booking for october montly stay in mysore via this portal. Booking us cibfirmed and everything is planned all a sudden i got a call from easemytrip trip team stating no rooms available for that day and my booking got confirmed while hotel systems are getting updated what a scarp story

I booked my flight on April 24 2020 and unfortunatly I cancelled my flight beacuse of covid. Firstly i was frustated from ease my trip. But later I understand their situation of covid 19. I waited for my refund and refund came after some time. I was very happy and moreover I have booked my package from local person and still I have not got any refund. So I recommend everyone for ease my trip

I was struggling for a refund from Indigo airlines, but when i called the customer care at EMT, they were kind enough to process the refund within 24hours.

This app is a fraud.
I had booked a non refundable flight for which rescheduling charges were NIL.
I wanted to reschedule one of the two tickets booked together by me through the app, to a previous day, same flight. This option is not available online, so they asked me to write an email. On doing so, i got a reply stating rescheduling charges (INR 4800) which were almost 3 times that of the original ticket itself (INR 2700). Even booking a new ticket at that very same moment wud cost be one third of their rescheduling cost. I wrote an email to them stating the same.
I was then given a renewed offer INR 1500/-. I replied back immediately saying please send me the payment link. To my surprise i was given another revised offer asking me to now pay INR 2500 for rescheduling the same ticket. On confrontation, they refused to reschedule my ticket at INR 1500.

After getting frustrated, I ultimately booked a new ticket (at INR 2100) forgoing the ticket booked via easemytrip. This is an open loot of customers. I wish to make an official complaint.

They were charging me ******* for rescheduling my flight one sector where as the same airline official website charges 75 usd (6000inr approx) thefor that same date and ticket
