Dear Team,
We would like to express a deep concern that Dubizzle's own inspected car and rated 9.9 with no accident and single owner. So, customer service booked an appointment and informed all the first owner document will be provided by sales executive Mr. Hathem. Therefore, we blocked the car on 1st May 2022 by paying AED 5000 +AED 570 for the comprehensive test.
But sales executive just showed the Mulkiya which does not proof I am buying from the first owner. However, he informed us to share the document later. But till now, I didn't receive any document. As a buyer I have a full right to get the document which proofs I am buying from the first owner. I had involved Dubizzle so that they will check the genuine seller, but now I feel cheated as no document has been provided.
On top of this, Dubizzle team is continuously chasing for comprehensive test, insurance. Why should I go for a comprehensive test without checking the first owner documents. It is waste of my time and money.
We relied on you but till now service you provided is really embarrassing.

Six days ago, my ad got deleted for being put in the wrong category. Afterward, their employees helped me out, and I placed my new ad in the correct category.

Before they contacted me, I tweeted to dubizzle asking about the deleted ad. After whoever manages the Twitter account decided to reply (4 days later and after they resolved my issue), I noticed that my new ad, which was posted in the CORRECT CATEGORY... was deleted... again...

Aside from that, I paid for this ad to be live for seven days, and it was rejected yesterday, so I only got five days' worth of my money. I want my ad to be reposted, and I want the two days I paid for. At this point, this is not just inconvenient and inefficient; it's also plain theft.

This is highly inconvenient and honestly just a horrible experience so far.

Isn't dubizzle supposed to be a platform where customers have EASE posting things?

Why do you accept ads to reject them afterward instead of notifying customers to fix things? How come there is no communication between customers and employees? Why is the website not advanced enough for employees to make rejected ads live again? Why is there no communication BETWEEN employees? Why is there no respect for customer's money?

There are many issues here that dubizzle needs to work on.

Your site is outdated. You have terrible customer service. You have horrible communication with customers and between your employees.

Dubizzle customer service is beneath professionalism, they are getting worse and worse every day, they keep blocking old accounts for no reason, they are not aware enough about how respectfully to handle support cases.
They keep sending annoying auto emails. Their customer service may call you couple of times in a day and then they will say, wrong call, it was suppose to be another customer! What kind of customer service that doesn't know whom he is calling, I don't understand how did dubizzle reach to this low level!
No matter how much time you have spent to post your ads, they will just delete them all and oops, all you hard work is gone.

Dubizzle mainly depends on the amount of buyers and sellers, which because of us, dubizzle become famous and got paid from the paid advertisements on their website and from companies who are advertising on your main page.

Dubizzle is using this policy were You make an account and post some ads then they will block your account, then you are forced to open another new account which will lead them to have lots of users registering every time and that will lead them to become more famous. That's exactly what they are doing. I have seen lots of complains and reviews against the same point I mentioned, getting their account blocked without a reason. Were after that they have to open new account. Dubizzle on the other hand are happy to get more new accounts registered daily to increase their population and get more money from the companies paid ads.

More over, lots of scammers and fake buyer coming along, so annoying and disturbing. But dubizzle doesn't do much about it.

I believe this website is going down further to expectation.
Warning for all: Do not open new accounts once your account is blocked. Watch out from the scammers in dubizzle. There is so many of them.

I have been trying to sell my car through Dubizzle pro. It all started very well and seemed professional. Then when the first inspection was arranged the agent turned up late without even bothering to phone ahead, so opportunity missed. After that a buyer was found who put down a deposit and a comprehensive inspection was arranged. That inspection revealed a minor defect so I knocked the price down a bit further which the buyer agreed on. Hours later the buyer backed away and Dubizzle pro refunded the deposit. They said if there was any difference between the initial report and the comprehensive report then buyer was entitled to terminate with a refund on the deposit. I asked to see the terms and conditions agreed with the buyer but was told it was confidential - for a deal that involves my asset! I checked my agency agreement which said the deposit is only refundable in the event of an inspection which reveals a major fault or accident. When I queried why Dubizzle pro tells the seller and buyer different things about rules for refunding the deposit they thanked me for highlighting and advised they would pass on my feedback to management as part of their continuous improvement process. Even better they told me if the deposit was forfeited there is nothing in my agency agreement to say I'm entitled to it! These guys are a piece of work for sure. Anyway, the reality is now I have to start the marketing process again having lost many days since Dubizzle pro remove the car from sale when a deposit is taken even though a buyer is given every opportunity to walk away. So my advice to sellers is that if you still decide to use this service - do not let them take deposits (what's the point anyway given they will only pocket it for themselves if it is indeed forfeited) and ensure that the car is continuously marketed until you have the purchase price in full.

I tried to sell a series of furniture and other items through Dubizzle, My account got blocked 3 times in a mater of hours, when contacted, Customer Service (they did replied fairly soon, I should clarify), I was told the title I used on my ads was automatically raising a flag on their filters, therefore automatically blocking the account:
The reply I received was: Your account and one of your ads have been mistakenly identified by our system as commercial because the title of one of your ad contains word which is similar with those ads that are being posted by commercial spammers.
Three times I tried to modify or remove the manufacturer name from the title, but the account got blocked again and again and again... disappointment and frustration was big (I have lost half my Saturday on this). I do understand now how spammers and fake vendors have appropriated Dubizzle, and how is not useful for legitimate users like me. Thinking about their automatic filters, and on a second look, I fell I have done nothing wrong; if the problem is generated for the name of the manufacturer of the product appearing on the tittle, then the battle for a legitimate seller like me is lost. How could anybody try to sell any product without the name of the brand in the tittle? They must be kidding... Is it that you are require to pay extra money for affair service? If so, they should have been more explicit ( indicate on their your instruction to post ads), and save time for people like me, who only want to sell between individuals with efficiency... May be I shall have used the sell quick, or sell faster option (or whatever is called) they offer (for a fee I assume).

There face like a money deleting our adds asking money I don't like it if you pay them they will not

This is a great app to look for cars, apartments, jobs in the United Arab Emirates. It is easy to use.

Customer service is of zero help. Trying to schedule a viewing is basically impossible with their incompetence. 1 star because zero is not an option.
