Dubizzle

I trusted the Dubizzle pro inspection and I picked the Ford Explorer and they gave a 4 plus rating ( excellent). To my surprise the vehicle had 3 dents which was not shown in the report And worse the door beading of the driver side is damaged too. Paid more money for the vehicle and wasted my time n money on the Dubizzle pro comprehensive inspection.

I sold few electronic items recently and the quality of my leads are good. Currently, I'm looking for a new flat to rent and i got few options already in less than 3 weeks. I appreciate your great service and I'm looking forward to your future growth.

This is a dictatorship website. I have multiple ads of gaming consoles that I am selling and yes some of them are modded but I have not mentioned anywhere on the ad that the consoles are modded.

They have blocked my account because apparently selling modded consoles is against their rules.

However, after doing a small search on their website I have seen more than 30 ads of the same yet not of those accounts have been blocked and their ads removed.

Why is this?

You are better off using Facebook market place or literally any other platform.

I am an employer who posted an ad, paid for it, but I was never able to see the applicants dashboard. I tried for three weeks in vain... and then I was advised to place a new ad, which I did, and the problem remained the same. It is absurd. They never get back to you, although they promise. It feels it is a waste of time to use the platform, and it is deceiving the applicants. It feels that this platform is collapsing! It is frustrating.

The website is not as we always heard about. Their system keeps deleting the ads for no reason, even you are not violating any rules.
The problem is when you ask for support, they will be like computers sending you a reply email copy paste like every one without even checking what was the question about or whats the problem you are facing. Its like they have ready emails that have the same reply for any reason and automatically blocking your account.
More worse their customer service lies about their action towards your account and your ad.

Unfortunately I bought a car through Dubizzle pro and the pain started with unprofessional Sales guy Mario, through the unprofessional delivery team. They dont deserve even a single star. A bunch of cheat people.

They are deleting your ad or block your account for any stupid reason even if you post in different categoriey. Now I am using www.OnMap.ae, free and full of features, it's a business directory, classifieds, properties, jobs, motors, coupons... website

Having a car viewing this last day and confirm more than twice on whatsapp, arrived at the meeting point nobody's coming wait 1 hour and still nobody. People from DubizzlePro told me the guy will call me and nothing happen it's a shame to work like that not professionnal at all. How can people trust you seriously!?

1) Your ads getting rejected, deleted. Customer serice never read my emails and just keep replying with same teplated email. It took for me more than dozen emails to get dubizzle call me and after talking to live person, dubizzle representative acknowledged it was their system fault and had reinstated my account.

2) They recently had some update on their system. And now every time i post an ad, very often even next day my ad will be "pending". I have to write to customer service every single time to get my ad live.

This is disgraceful service and the way you treat your client!

1. I have posted car sale ad for 200 dhs and featured for 130 dhs, after 3 days it got deleted for some stuped reason coz i put wrong year model 15 instead of 14, they say its another car n u have to post another ad, but car description pictures are all same, they eat my money, be carefull posting any paid ad, there are many better sites
2. I have also posted room for rent and received email to edit it coz its for more then 1 room, if i have 3 rooms in flat i have to pay each room 50 dhs ad? Its not logical but i said ok i will edit and i have put only 1 room, next day my ad got deleted, when i contacted them they say im violating their stupid rules, they dont want to put my ad back. For ur reference there is no good response from dubizzle for room rent i had experience, facebook response works 5 times better then dubizzle!

How can we complain about this company and where?

I paid 420 AEd to access CVS. They sent me invoice immediately but never gave the access. When I tried to access they are again asking to pay the same amount. Not even one hour I got to view CVS after paying a sum of 420 AEd. Can't believe such a famous company is cheating like this

If you try to sell your car through dubizzle. Either you will waste your money and sell it with half its price. Or waste time in inspection and waiting. Not professional!

Dubizzle would appeal to anyone because it is simple and very effective. It is easy to navigate through their various categories. It has a great customer service too. As a customer you get to sell your products too which is a great way to do on that platform.

I bought a car from dubizzle and when I changed the engine oil the car started to have a noise, then I discovered that engine was already damaged and they seemed that they put thicker in the oil to hide the noise.
I also discovered that the warranty is cover 5000 AED.
People was very rood and un professional and they are big cheaters.

I dont not know how they are located in Dubai.

Dubizzle is the Worst Site to Pay Ifir your ADs. I have made payment of my AD and they Rejected my AD after One day and not Refunding my Money. There is only One Room Pictures but they are blaming it's Multiple Rooms Only 2 Bed Sheets on the Mattreses which they are saying Multiple rooms that's wrong. If it's the Rule to put only one Bed sheet on the Mattress show me that in your Rules.
I would never suggest anyone to use Dubizzle it's the worst sitesnd Poor Customer Service

Dubizzle is a great platform for all. I sold a camera and found the right buyer after a day it was advertised. You can advertise all sorts of items, from a very simple item to furniture to properties and even cars.

Dubizzle doesn't function properly. The app is full of bugs. The filters don't show what needs to be listed especially when it comes to locations. The app is also full of ads!
