Placing my AED 99 featured ads every 3 days is a total waste because after 1 day my ad goes down below 15-20 ads or more and is lost. Requests to allow at least hourly refreshes for paid adverts are ignored. So I find there is no point sticking with them anymore.

Also there are many con people or criminal minds looking at Dubizzle, landing up trying to buy products by cheating people. So if advertisers are not given sufficient benefit and protection for the money they spend this is not a good place.

I am leaving this place very disgruntled after spending about AED 1000 in just advertisements the past month. With no support to improve anything for the advertiser. It looks like a money-making machine for the website owners.

This is the worst buy and sell app in UAE. The content moderating team keeps taking down my ads eventhough they do not violate any rules. It has no options to refresh an ad and theres nothing wrong with deleting and re posting it. But this company has some very stupid people working for them as they clearly don't know how to make a simple judgement. It is exhausting selling on dubizzle as you will constantly see your ads being deleted without any plausible reason.

Just enquired about one apartment in Dubai and it was a big scam which cost me £1553.
Just be careful.
If you enquire for accomodation, they will email you asking for more details and tell you the transaction needs to be done though Airbnb to prevent any scam. They will ask you for any type of ID or passport picture only to look legit saying that they will send you a link where you can book the accomodation because they are giving you a better price for staying longer.
After you receive the link a 3rd part gets involved as an automated response which guides you all the steps, when you have to confirm the payment on your card there appears a weird name on the transaction, that's how you know it's a scam but sometimes might be to late.
I hope this makes sense, all I say just be very carefully, scams are next level on this website, don't even know what to believe anymore.

I am using dubbizle almost from years, its best site and very supportive.I always suggest to give advertisement for room on dubbizle as here very get good tenants.i have sold many products here.

Dubizzle has some of the most toxic customers who bargain products to below 80% of their value. Doesn't matter how new or good the condition of the product is in. They use multiple accounts to cheat down the value. But this is more of the community than the app.

Ads placed by users are randomly or wrongfully removed for unrelated reasons!

And the customer service has the gall to demand proof!

Completely pointless listing service.

Dubizzle used to be good once upon a time. However, after it was bought by OLX... It's just been a money sucking enterprice

Edit: I have a property listing... I accidentally clicked refresh and you only get 1 refresh for a really expensive property listing (paid around 850aed if i remember correctly)

At first they refused to cancel the refresh

However, a sent a second email and i see my 'Refresh' Reinstated

Verified users and easy way to buy and sell stuff for reasonable rates. Could be best if we focus on certain more experiences.

Was easily able to sell my second hand item on dubizzle. Was really useful for me to feature my ad too, which helped me sell quicker!

I Bought my car from dubizzle. It was a seamless experience. A professional team helped me out with everything from car inspection reports, insurance issuance, bank loan, and many more. Highly recommended.

I posted an ad on Dubizzle to sell my car, I wanted to edit the advert to get better response, however it asked for a verification code that will be send to my mobile number. I tried over 50 times for the code to be sent but to no avail, no verification code came through, called Dubizzle a dozen times but no support, its duping us since there is a charge to post the ad while we do not have the luxury to edit due to this verification step. I am profusely frustrated with their CS team who continue to assure that the technical team is looking into it while there is nothing being done about it.

Dubizzle has the worst moderators ever. They are incapable of stopping scammers who keep putting ads for free pets and on other side they delete ads of legitimate users. They deleted my 15 ads only because one ad was in wrong category. Instead of moving that ad to right category or deleting it they have deleted my 15 other ads without any warning and suspended my account. What a stupid team of moderators. I have paid them hundreds of Dirhams in the past 3 years for car and featured ads but now I have decided not to pay them a single penny anymore. Will use there free service only. Let them learn a lesson.

They post anything without checking if it is not a fraud. I noticed that many adds regarding rentals and sales of appartements are fake. I reported these add after trying to contact those who posted these and found out these were fake. But there was no feedback from dubizzle. They also did not remove these adds. These are frauds meant to scam people and dubizzle doesn't do anything to stop it. They should at least double check the availability of what is advertised and reported.

First I have to pay to get registered, imagine how much they are earning from this apart from the advertisement. Just once I put an ad by providing my services, so many similar ads are still up running for many weeks, but they blocked me from using my account.
I had some stuff to sell and was getting many offers when they blocked me. No warning is given and even I have clarified my case and one of their Customer Service employee responded that your account is authorized (restored) and then the same employee responded that it is blocked. This means they don't analyze the case. Their customer support is more than jerks as they never read the message that the account is authorized by themselves.
Their interactions are not user friendly but user firedly. Such of their behavior will destroy their business but seems management dam care about it. I am moved to OLX as they operate lot better.
