Dubizzle

I recently tried to sell my call on Dubizzle. I logged in using my FB account, updated my contact details, paid my fee and posted the ad. However from one reason, my phone number and location wouldn't update. I had more than 20 email and 5 calls with with various people, all of which came me the same advice, which didn't work. Eventually it was temporally fixed but it was very frustrating.

My biggest issue with them is that once i sold the car (not through Dubizzle) I started looking for a new one. I found a suitable car which was advertised as being under warranty and with service contract. I tested the car and seemed fine. Thankfully before i bought it i checked with the dealer to confirm the warranty and service contract where still applicable. I was then informed the car was a "total loss" from a major accident. I informed Dubizzle 2 about this but yet the ad is still on their website. Don't trust anything you see on this site, they don't do any due diligence on sellers and even when they are informed of fraudulent action by another user they won't take action.

Never give your car for inspection, picturing or selling to them, it's untrusted. Better publish the ad by your own.
I had a bad experience with them.

They will ask you for boost the ad by paying and once they reject no chance of refund. Don't invest to feature you ad..

Deleted my sponsored ad that I paid 99AED for without a refund.
Emailed to apply for a refund which was agreed and they never issued this after several emails to follow up.

Worst CS attitude dont use. They refuse to speak by phone.
Refuse to give description of why account is banned.
Use words like we have to be strict. Excuse me! Find alternatives they are bad

I have used dubizzle's classifieds portal and was always very satisfied with my experience. Their verified user badge helps prove authenticity of the user and instills trust in the platform.

I was planning to test drive a car, so used the dubizzle cars service and was really satisfied with it. It was of great help which eventually helped me make a decision.

I advertise few items like clothes and put a price 5 AED each and add comment buy all for say 20 AED (‘ items). Those mother $#*!ers delete the ad and sa6 violation of rules

I just moved to UAE, with the variety of verified houses on dubizzle app, i was able found a good house using dubizzle, and am now looking for a laptop & a PS5

They increased the prices with callousness, no common sense. So greedy
The view were already very low and no calls at all and now they charge more for the same bad service

Instead of banning our accounts for selling products, take control over all the spam messages we get on whatsapp from dubbizle from spam ppl who want bank accounts

Dubizzle elected to delete 2 of my car ads, fact was that I warned other users from buying my car as I was stolen from me. I offered other users 10.000 Aed for information that could direct me to my stolen car. Now someone is buying this car not knowing that the car is reported stolen, all this because Dubizzle dont dont want anything pointing back to them that the fraud originated from their website.

STAY AWAY FROM DUBIZZLE:.

Best platform to use whenever you are searching for good useful products, cars, classifieds. It's very easy to use it and communicate on it

Support works poorly, they don't help with anything. If they don't like something, they block it

You are keep deleting my ad, without a specific exclamation of the issue. Every time i am posting my add they were deleting my add whiteout explaining any issue

I've used dubizzle a lot of times, mostly to sell our used items. The last time I used it was to sell my used laptop As usual, the process was smooth and easy, and able to sell the item in no time.

Never seen such a money making concern over the UAE. There should be some reason to reject afs even after enough payment
