I asked dubizzle to sell my MB C200. They started to book appointments which was great BUT none of their staff can give you the right answer, there call center agents give info that I'd completely different than there sales agents. When you call them back they ask you to repeat the whole story. There staff have zero knowledge of the internal process. One say we can transfer mortgage from bank to bank, the other say we cam buy cash and sell it for the buyer, and the thirs says no we can't do any of this, the last agent hits all of the above and days only cash buyer! Now, sales agent in Muroor DO NOT even bother to answer the seller or the buyer! I made two complains but no one cares

I had The biggest loss today.
I signed up with dubizzle.com and put an add to sell my car and paid 300 dhs for that

I received a msg from dubizzle that I have to verify my credentials in order to keep my account from being hacked.
It appears to me that this msg was the hack itself as I responded to that msg and put my email and password and after that I lost everything, my email, my account with dubizzle, my add and ofcourse the money that I paid to post that add.

I believe that such a well know website should be more professional and protecting it's customers.

THAT THEY WANT TO PURCHASE MY CAR INFINITY

AFTER INSPECTION THEY GIVEN ONE FIXED PRICE AND I MAKE DEAL
WHILE SELLING MY CAR THEY DISAGREED WITH THE OFFER AND TERMINATED MY CHATS

COMPLETE WASTE EOF TIME AND MONEY
SPECIALLY THE STAFF ARE NOT TREATING THERE CUSTOMER WELL

Ok. What do you want to sell?! Car, furniture, electric devices?! You name it and once you upload your items the pain in the $#*! is about to start. Very briefly: if you want to sell your car and the inspector comes to check and take pictures under payment, the moment he leaves you and you wait to see your car with the picture on their website, you see nothing. Why?! Because the guy "invent" flaws and problems and he use this excuse for refusing to upload your advertisement. Btw they never give all the info regarding the policy (fees, charges...) So dubicars is the only choice.
Furniture experience; full of fake people with fake interest and stupid offers. They try very hard to scam you with Aramex, that they live far away, blablabla... People avoid it and report your experiences. Is the only way to protect other people from those!

Posted a car ad for 129 AED, ad was supposed to stay live for 30 days, stayed only for 28 days, no notification that ad expired, no way to renew or extend ad, can only make another post for a cost of 349 AED for the basic ad. They don't let anyone edit the ad and they have very bad customer service in terms of that any complaint is not dealt with seriously.

Dubbizle Team is partiality odds for indians and fake people same them

This is a Fake Ads as i expected same as many fake ads her in dubbizle since i called them and as usual they keeps giving promises they will callback after check the key and some other silly excuses they keeps telling, and dubbizle itself fake since thier team accepting like this scammer people.its just a waste of time and money calling and using this kind of websites

One day all this fakes ads and websites will be blocked by the government when they discover their scams

I advised you to Be fair and justice for dealing with your customer and scammers

The Buyers & Customers from this site seems they are fake, unserious, simply wants to make fun headache (mainly) prank and joke with me with their fake accounts that they simply ask me ''Is it Available?'' i say yes here is my location and no nobody wants to buy any of my 51 products im displaying for sale on dubizzle, better i delete my account today before tommorow if this kept on continuing like this! And this site is an headache because its logo clearly shows its definition (your head will burn from the fake accounts who wants to simply waste your time, energy and mind for simply asking Is it Available? Bad service, worst experience, my ad deleted without even calling me. So what's the use of paying. I strongly suggest we as a consumer should use other better services

I was looking a car and found one Audi 2011, it was inspected by dubizzle, i contacted at given number but no response even after couple of attempts, got a call after 24 hours, booked an appointment for next day, i went for viewing 20 minutes earlier, i requested back support team to send me agent contact but received at appointment time, agent wasn't available at location and 10 minutes late too with the excuse that he was trying to contact the owner, viewing got cancelled after a long wait because the owner was not available. Back support team sitting behind is so unprofessional. Team could have contacted the owner at least one hour before they send me a viewing reminder and to make sure the car owner is available or no. I wasted my time for nothing. My recommendation is to save time and don't buy from dubizzle pro, WHAT A HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They delete you ADs automatically even if you Pay.
They use un smart system i am getting message saying (i am abot moving super fast on site and they block entire site from viewing
They set unrealistic charge for very short period. Example they set 15 AED/day for cloth
Search cannot find all items per day ' example if you want to see all cars posted today its not possible at all; you must go per category

They setup unfriendly; stupid search under property for sale; it take you alot of time to find what you want... and the list is going on and on

If there is good smart company copy the way they list only and setup flexible rules every one will leave them buy with respect for all site now in UAE including the one listed above onmap.ae and dubaionline.ae they fail because they don't setup correct search and listing visitors ending up not finding what they looking for and esc the site.

We were looking for Used Laptop. We saw one advertisement for selling Dell Latitude I7 Core 8 GB Ram & 500 GB Hard Disk.
It was showing its used for Less Than a year. When I Called Seller He said it's still in Warranty Period.
When I had gone their personally and called him for Invoice he told me that he is not a shop.No one keeps invoices. I checked this laptop personally it was showing 2010 it was shipped from US and Warranty is already expired 2nd November 2015.He is Lier and Trying to cheat people who don't know how to check these all the things

Wasted my 3 hours by calling to inspect my car which I wanted to put up for sale. Definitely, I am trying to sell it on different platforms and it is in very good condition being checked by one of the prestigious distributor of cars. Even I was told by a very unprofessional lady sitting on the helpdesk at Dubizzle that "congratulations your car is in excellent condition and would like to give you an offer of 28K" I said i am not in hurry you can list on Dubizzle as I my expectations are 50K. She said system is giving value of 40K. Then why they are offering 28K? THen I asked to list and received a call that my car has a major leakage. I asked for report which they want to sell it to me at the rate AED 499. WHAT A CRAP! Never trust and get trapped by Dubizzle. Be Aware!
