Stay away from this place! I called to place a order after going to their website and the website said the price of my order was $30.44 but when i tried to place the order over the phone they jacked the price up by almost $10.00! Plus they can not at all speak a lick of English.

I received a catalog in the mail period and with no thought I set it down on the table. My five-year-old child brings me the magazine a little while later. Ask me mommy what is thas? And there is a huge dildo! Thanks a lot $#*!s

When paying by phone, from the numbers located on statement, u are given a confirmation number. Then the next billing u are charged late fee. Manager won't work with you and tell u to pay with Live Agent. But u can never get on. Then put on credit report late payments. After paying this bill off. I WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN. ALSO LET MY FRIENDS KNOW HOW THEY ARE BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.!

INFERIOR PRODUCTS

This is the 2nd but Last time I shop here.
Recently bought a "Cashmere-Soft Fleece Blanket". I have hankies thicker than this piece of s__t!
Made in China - they probably found the cheapest sweatshop they could.
Here's the real slap-in-the-face; I paid $26 for it & when it came thet enclosed a catalogues with the price of $16.00 - better price but still lousy product.

Since I placed one order via this unscrupulous reseller of cheap crap, I have received countless catalogs from other such peddlers such as:

Harriett Carter
Starcrest of California
Worldwide Herbals
Heartland of America.

A Starcrest representative confirmed that my info was obtained from Dr Leonard's. After a quick Google search I found they use a company called "Exact Data" out of Chicago to sell YOUR name and address to others. I contacted them and was given several quotes for lists.

I have had to call each one of these "catalogs" to get my name and address removed from their mailing lists. Unless you want to receive unwanted catalogs of cheap, crappy items stay away from this company. Your name is worth more to them than the profit from any order you place.

Very rude people
October 8, 2018

I ordered several items from my Dr. Leonard's catalog. One item was wrong. I had ordered a recliner cover, they sent a chair cover. When I called they told me It was my mistake, that I had ordered the wrong item. I tried to explain that I had ordered the recliner cover, but they were Very rude and disrespectful and argued over and over that it was my mistake. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he to said it was my mistake, my fault. They even said there was maybe miscommunication because of language differences. I told them I will be sending everything back. I don't want to have anything to do with a company that is rude and disrespectful to their customers. If it were possible, they would not get any stars.

False advertising
July 30, 2019

I placed an order, was on the buy now pay later for a whole 60.00. Dr. Leonard's decided to take it out of my Discover card instead. Go Amazon or Walmart. Leonard is a RIP off.

I have ordered from Dr. Leonards catalog for many years but now they've moved customer service overseas and you cannot get anyone who can speak enough English to resolve issues. Sad to see them go.

They bait you with "FREE SHIPPING" in a "Perks" program that is nothing more than a SCAM. I would give Dr Leonards a -10 star review if it would allow me to. There is a reason their overall rating is 1.5 stars. They rip people off knowingly.
SCAM ARTISTS.

Their "support" is some overseas location that has issues with the English language. And to get off of this scam list they will tell you to call ANOTHER number - after waiting over 25 minutes just to speak to THIS person.

RIP OFF

Ordered merchandise from Dr Leonard's and I am happy with the items BUT, I noticed they kept charging me AFTER I paid it in full. Come to find out. Its for some stupid perks plus membership crap i never signed up for. I am told hey cancelled it and I have a refund coming. It comes but is not the correct amount. NOW, I keep getting the run around on which dept I'm suppose to talk to with both depts telling me I need to speak to the other. This is BS. I will never ever ever order from this company again. And gonna put them on blast as much as I can. AND THIS STUPID REVIEW WANTS ME TO RATE THEM? Ok I choose nothing, no stars. But, if course it won't let me

Returned sandals.

Returned sandals that did not fit. Refunded half of what i spent. No full refund as stated. Spent 36.15 refunded 17.17 minus charge. So no full refund. Will not be ordering again from this store!

This is a copy of my purchase: $xxx. Xx available after $43.18 purchase at DRL*DR LEONARDS HEALT on 05/04 12:02PM CT with your card ending in 9162. Since placing this order, my card has been charged three more times for non purchases totalling $60+. I've called their 1-800 number to no avail. I get forwarded from customer service to billing and back with no solution. I WILL NOT order from them nor recommend them to anyone.

Twice paid the same order

I ordered 2 house dresses, and after a few months I called them to ask where the merd. Was and they said that they didn't have the colors I ordered and I told them to just send whatever colors they did. I sent them a check with the oder sheet from the magazine. They sent me a check saying sorry they didn't have the dresses which I had received. So I sent their check back and a month later I got a statement like a credit card that wanted their money back, which I sent the check back and they said they never got it. So in order not to ruin my credit I sent them another check to pay again. It was only 36.00, but they ripped me off, and I will never ever order from them again! If it weren't for my credit being marred I would tell them to go fly a kite. They told me I had to trace their check to find out why they didn't get it back! Any dumb person knows I can't trace their check. They told me alot people had my name and they didn't know who it might of went to. I said that every check has a number and to check their bank if they got it back. THEY SAID that was my job! All in all I got chg. 2 times for the same thing! Rip off!

I got the plant yesterday very thing was there but the seed I called them and instead of sending the seed they want me to send the whole thing back it was the worst 10 bucks I spent in my life there is no reason they cant just send the seed I will pay what I owe on my account but I will never order from them again this is not the first time they messed up a order I made

Never Again

I called to check on my return status, spoke with customer service, she kept repeating what she saw in her system, I'm telling her what the USP service is showing in there system, that my package had been delivered on Feb 27,2019@ 10:51 am, she couldn't answer any of my questions and continue to repeat herself about what she see on her end. So, I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, she refused me three times, became rude and when I told her I was going to file a complaint about her services/lack there of, she completely stopped talking, just silence. She didn't hang up because the time was still adding up. I hung up called right back, told the rep what had happened, she quickly looked my info up and told me my refund was being process and it will be added within two weeks. At first I was told it wasn't showing up as returned in their system, but a minute later it's being process. Yeah, I bet it is now. Terrible shipping method, took too long to receive my orders, rude, unprofessional customer service (some, not all). They will never get my money again
