Absolutely fraudulent site. These people have the worst customer service and do not follow their own return policy. They steal your money and think that it's ok. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
My beautiful homecoming dress from Dresswe.com came today and it's really well made. Definitely a nice dress.
Purchased a prom dress on Jan 30th 2015. Arrived Feb 13th. Wrong color, many flaws and they made it VERY VERY narrow and did not follow our measurements. I immediately sent an email stating our issue. Took a day or so and got an automated reply saying it was their new year and to contact them after Feb 26th. I got another email stating to take photo's of the dress and remeasure etc and send to tidebuy and they will review etc and help us right away. I sent all the info 2 weeks ago and got an email yesterday saying my order number is not right and sent them my info from the company showing my order number and have not heard back. I did get an email from someone else who is asking questions. I am not confident this is going to get resolved. I had no idea these dresses come from China until I placed the order. My daughter did research and said she saw many good reviews so I left it alone. That was a BIG mistake. DO NOT ORDER from them. Good luck if you do.
**I called my Visa card that I used to purchase this dress with and they told me these companies are SCAMS and they do this all the time. They will send email after email and you will never get anywhere. My company is refunding me the money back to my card and is doing an investigation and said they will get their money back. Its ashame they get away with it. I kept every correspondence with them so I have proof and a time line. Buyer BEWARE!

Back on April 22, I purchased two pairs of shoes for my wife as a gift. I purchased these shoes in my wife's typical size 8.5. The shoes finally arrived May 13. This past weekend I finally gave them to her on the celebration. The shoes ended up being too big. I promptly emailed asking what the exchange policy was. I was told that I could return the shoes (at my shipping cost) OR take a "nice discount" on a future order if I agree to keep the current ones. Not sure what good keeping nearly $200 of non-fitting merchandise does for me or my wife. I replied saying that I would like to exchange the items for a smaller size and I would like to know where I need to ship these back to (so I could approximate shipping costs). The reply I got back was that I could return both pairs for an exchange (shipping costs were on me, which I was aware of because of the first email) and that they would like to offer me a nice discount on future items if I agree to keep the current items. I began to grow really frustrated that my email seemed to ignored and they continue to ask me to keep poorly fitting items. I pointed this out (very nicely might I add). I said I want to know where I'm shipping this to and I'm not taking a discount. I want an exchange. The latest email I got said "We would like to give you 40$ discount on the new order if you still want the same shoes as before, is that OK?
Or You can return them for exchange, but you have to pay for shipping fee around under return policy, which option do you prefer?" I feel like at this point I've made my preference very clear. However, after reading some of the horror stories others have experienced trying to get a refund or exchange, I feel like this is a losing battle for all customers. Best advice I could say... DONT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!
I can't wait to see what poor response I get on this comment from them. I'm willing to bet they ask for my order details so they can check it out and I should watch my mailbox.
Update: I promptly received a response from a different customer service team member willing to help me remedy my issue. Currently my exchange is in process and was told I would receive it ASAP now that my original purchase was received at the warehouse.
My worst online experience. Very bad quality, customer service is sucks, shipping is almost three months!
This company exceeded my expectations! Quite nice dress and I receive it after half a month. Dress is in a good quality and fits me very well.
I placed an order and saw where they received my payment through paypal, but it's been a couple weeks and I tried emailing them, but no response.
