on 4/24/15Unfortunately, I would replace the dress today. I ordered a few dresses two months before prom, and received only one, and the quality was low. I hit a brick wall trying to communicate with 'Susan' in China. And, if you do receive it late, it is difficult and expensive to return it. Good Luck.
Laurie G, replace the dress, keep pushing for a refund. If they send the dress, you will have paid a costly shipping fee, not refundable, then if you need to send it back, you will pay another fee, also not refundable. I hate to tell you, this company is not at all reliable even if there are some satisfied customers.
Go buy another dress. This fraudulent company is NOT reliable!
I would tell them to stop, and request a full refund NOW! Before it goes any further. I had that chance, and didn't and have regretted it ever since.
