I custom ordered a dress 4 months before my wedding. The order was held for 45 days, before they ever processed the order. They emailed to verify measurements. When I received it 2 WEEKS before the wedding, it was the wrong length, the wrong color, and the measurements were not even close. Customer service offered a $20.00 refund.
This company is HORRENDOUS!

Noo run as far as you can! Don't subject yourself to this scam. The quality is bad - that's is if it shows up within 6 months of the expected delivery date.

I would not order a wedding dress from this site. I ordered a couple dresses sometime ago, they sent the wrong size and the dresses were cheap looking. Do yourself a favor and get your dress elsewhere.

If it looks "too good to be true" it usually is. The quality of the dress we ordered was pretty good, but I followed their sizing chart to the tee and still the size and the sleeves were wrong! The company refused to return our money or replace the dress. I filed a grievance dispute with the company, with PayPal and all I got back was $10.00 that's right TEN DOLLARS! They do take custom orders, but their way of measuring is different then ours and their sizing is also different. I know it is very temping to buy because of the price, but seeing a dress and trying it on is a plus!

Oh my goodness -Stay away from these people and this company! The measurements are WAY off, way too small, I ordered another dress planning on returning the first dress. Got the run around -"there is a the time restraint, ", but you can't get satisfaction-or money back! Stay away!

Beware. This site is a ripoff. Don't order fron here is you value you American dollar. They won't issue a refund either. You're not going to get your order. THESES ARE CROOKS!

Stay far away from this company! Dress size too small color is wrong and will not refund your money except for a portion of it the delivery time is superlong not a very reputable company I will not be buying from them ever again

I ordered from this company and had a problem with the dress. So far costumer service had been working with me and have promised me a refund. They seem to be honest about this. I will let you know as soon as I receive my refund.

: I ordered a custom size and it still arrived 2 sizes too small. I gave a bustline measurement of 38 inches ( I'm a 34 D bra). The bustline of the dress that came barely measured at 36 inches and the band size (it was an empire waist) was 32. Plus the sewn in bra was above my bustline. I purposely gave them an extra inch in the waist and ordered a 31 inch. The dress measured finished at 31 inches. If you know anything about dress making you don't sew a garment to the exact measurement, it should have at least an inch to breathe! If you order I'd order 2 sizes up. Even if it is a little big you can at least have it taken in but that doesn't explain how the bodice was cut 3-4" too short. No seamstress can fix that.

We did a custom color and length. I was very happy with how the dress came out. It takes time you need 6-8 weeks minimum due to coming from China. This is the second dress we purchased and both had great results. We pageant and details matter I love not paying hundreds for dresses worn once. Even custom details be prepared you may still need some alterations as you are not there to physically try on dress. Also really read sizing on each dress as some dresses due differ in cuts and a large that worked in one will need to be extra large to work in another.
