I ordered on October 19. Even allowing for their longest "processing" time, my order is still marked "processing" and it's now November 3. No one has responded to my support ticket that I submitted 3 days ago, even though they claim to respond within 24 hours. My credit card has been charged and I have no product or assurance that I will be receiving a product. Judging from the rest of the reviews, I should probably be grateful that I haven't received anything as it's bound to be disappointing.
Edit: Now 20 days and item still not sent.
You order an item and wait for shipping confirmation. After about a week you message them asking why it hasn't been shipped yet and then get the automated response saying that "the item you ordered is popular and so has been back-ordered". Sure. This is the third time ordering from them and always get the same response. Even if it were true, any reputable brand would let their customers know that there is a problem with their order.

I have had a positive experience with Dresslily.com till now. I find their collection of earrings especially awesome! They have the latest style, fashionable jewelry for reasonable prices. I have always found the quality to be as good as promised. My advice to people buying dresses from this website is to look at the size charts properly and buy according to that. Delivery of the products takes a while as I am located in California, but the product is worth the wait. I would recommend the website to everyone.
I ordered 3 shirts. Purposely paid for expedited shipping, also have the insurance on my order and NEVER received my items. Why bother paying for expedited shipping for nothing. Didn't read any reviews beforehand, just fell in love with the clothes I saw and had to purchase. Now, after seeing these reviews I'm not sure what to expect with the size of items. I made specific measurements for each piece of clothing following their sizing charts online. But the number of sizing issues in these reviews are persuading me to think the sizing charts didn't matter anyway. I ordered 3/8/16. Im a patient person, I can wait a month or 2 and be fine if I still receive them. But I don't think the issues with sizing will make the order worth the wait. Id much rather cancel. But how
I was very pleased with my entire experience. I got some very cute clothes at an amazing price. Shipping times were very decent. My item were well made and look just like the picture on the website. The top I ordered was very flattering. And I got a Halloween themed dress that I wore out to an event and got so many compliments on! I have no complaints and will certainly be ordering again!
I genuinely love dresslily. Yes, some of their materials may not be the best, but look at what you are buying from and at what prices. I order in bulk from this website and end up returning maybe one piece from my massive orders. Everything is so easy to handle with them. I'm happily going to stay a long term customer with them because of their amazing prices and customer service.

The photo must show clearly, the full name, expiry date, signature and address!
I immediately called my bank and they closed my credit card. The bank said that the company is fake and that they are trying to scam people from their hard earned money. So keep away from this sight!

I was not amused with any of my purchases through this site. I thought it was pretty legit considering they had photos of everything and it seems to be a hit on Facebook. The 3 items I ordered do not fit even remotely close. The wrap around sweater I ordered in "dark khaki" came in chocolate brown and I was swimming in a small. The leggings are for a girl 5'6" or taller with no tag on the inside to indicate which is the back, and the boots (size 39 equivalent to an 8) I could not fit my size 7.5 foot into. Tried to save money by shopping on this site which is now costing me time and money since i ended up in the department store anyway.

I ordered 11 dresses and would keep four. The items are far far far from what is displayed in the pictures. Stay away from white clothing; the fabric is so cheep than a blind person could see through. I knew dresslily.com was not great based on the reviews here, I gave it a try though. Not worth the shipping fees! BTW They also sent me similar dresses but not the ones I ordered. I checked on the website and these did no make justice to the ones ordered or the pictures of the ones they picked for me. Run Fast!
I ordered 3 items. 2 showed up. You cannot get in touch with customer service unless you create a user account on their page, and even then it's all online. The 2 items that I ordered were 2 sizes smaller than the fitting guide said they would be. Horrible company!

I previously wrote a review about this website, saying that they have taken over 3 weeks to deliver a cushion cover. Dresslily read my review and offered me a refund, and said I could still wait for the item to arrive. So I am happy with this outcome. Hopefully the item actually arrives though as it was part of a set of 3 for my sister's birthday... she received 2 but not the third and the tracking information that I paid extra for has not been updated for over 10 days. But I am glad they actually made the effort to resolve the issue, so may use this website again.
In total I ordered from Dresslily 11 times and I never had a complaint about the packages not arriving. Yeah, some stuff were not the best quality, but it's only just a small percentage. But this order was pretty good, everything arrived rather quickly, they always responded to my comments and questions, the quality was nice and I still use most of the items that I ordered, so everything is holding up nicely.
So I thought I was doing a good thing by ordering online Christmas gifts. From now on I will never order from a new site until I check the reviews first. I spent approx $250 and at the beginning of December and I have NOTHING delivered yet. No clue this place was in China. I tried and tried and tried to use the tracking numbers they sent me bu they do not work at all. How do you go about getting your money back? I have a feeling it's going to be an impossible venture as well. I can't say yet to "never order from dress lily" but I know I won't

I'm sorry I usually try and give the benefit of the doubt to most places considering I work customer service but this site is the worst site I have ever had the displeasure to order off of! I ordered two Christmas gifts from there nether showed before then and when I get the mermaid tail blanket in the mail it's the worst quality I have ever paid for far to big and looks as if a strong wind hits it the sewing would fall apart u can't even tell what it's supposed to be! My experience was pretty bad. The items show that it ships in 24 hours, which it does not. When we write to customer service, they reply back saying quality control check. Will ship in 10 days. After 10 days the order is still not shipped. The guy who wrote back to me the second time was rude and arguing that he replied to my query the same day. Then he tells that the item is out of stock, which it clearly does not show in the website when we place the order.
They are just being tricky and too smart.
I would not purchase from them again.
I ordered quite a few items now I'm chasing them for a refund. Most items were nothing as described and poor quality. I've been emailing them since September 25, but all they do is asking me the same questions hoping that I eventually give up. At one point they offered me a discount voucher, but there is NO way that I ever buy anything from them ever again!
