I have placed 3 orders so far and I am completely satisfied! The shipping takes about a month but since it's free and it comes from China I think it's a fair deal. Also, Chinese sizes are smaller than European and especially American sizes but this is just something one has to keep in mind (they have a conversion chart so it should be easy to find one's size)
I ordered a coat in size large and paid an extra $17.64 for expedited shipping. The website does not state that the item ships from China. Expedited shipping is supposed to be 3-7 business days. After 7 days, it had JUST arrived somewhere in the US and the shipping company stated it was unknown how long it would take to clear customs before being sent on. It arrived at total of 16 days later, 14 business days. The size large is about a 10, if that. AND NO RETURNS! They will accept exchanges if there is a defect with the item, that is all. When I demanded the refund of my expedited shipping they refused, stating they sent the item in "good faith", but they knew it would ship from China and in no way arrive in 3-7 days. I am now out about $50, an expensive lesson in shopping with cheap discount hucksters.
Unfortunately, I am going to just write off the 20. I spent. My order was back ordered as well- Even though it was only $20., when there are hundreds of people sending in $20. It could add up. Of course the item looked neat and was, at that price, a disposable/one time wear. I just ordered because I thought coming from Facebook it would be a legitimate online service.

As I mentioned in the title, I love this site's Gothic selection: lots of dark lace, flared sleeves, straps and corsets. And, surprisingly, also in other colors than only black.
On all the dresses I ordered, the material feels nice on the skin. Plus they are very flattering for the figure.
They got to me (I'm in Germany), in about 7 to 10 days, which is awesome, given the fact that they come all the way from China.
I'm taking one star away because, on some products, the sizing chart was a bit off, so I guess the first order was a trial and error one, which size would fit me. In general, everything tends to run a bit large! Except for the pink dress: that was an L and fits rather snug.
I wasn't so disappointed as to want to send anything back yet, so I don't know about customer service. I just gave the products that were too large for me to my mom, and she was happy too.
I've been trying to contact this company regarding my order (2/13/15) but first the website does NOT work. I've left 8 messages to call me and no one calls. I('m getting ready to call my credit card to cancel this payment if I do not hear form then in the next 24 hrs. I will also send a complaint to Facebook to stop them from advertising!

Ordered from this site on 10/13 and am still waiting for my order to arrive on 11/9. The turn around says 10-30 days on their site but I noticed when answering customer complaints they state 7-10 days. My order didn't even ship until 10/27. Terribly slow shipping. Now I am also afraid of sizing and quality as there have been many complaints from customers on both.

Terrible. I paid extra for "standard shipping" which states all over their website that that is 6-8 business days. On the afternoon of the 8th business day I emailed them asking for a full refund as I paid for shipping so it would be here in time for my holidays. They told me that standard shipping is 10-25 days and that I should just wait! My boyfriend also ordered off dress lily the day after me, paid standard shipping also and on the afternoon of the 8th day his clothes still haven't even been shipped! We spent over £140 together and they've happily taken our money but not given us our products in the time promised. Terrible service. Terrible customer service. Find another company. I've attached screenshots which should show their incompetence.

I had to wait near 2 months for two shirts which is beyond ridiculous in itself. The materials the clothing was made out of is so crappy and strings were hanging off one of the shirts. I can't even fit one of them, even though I took correct measurements and ordered according to their size chart plus one up just to be safe. They are just very cheaply made and not worth my money. First and final order with this company.

I wanted to buy 11 club dresses for my girl friend which is her birthday in couple of weeks, but after reading all the bad reviews, I am gonna pass it. Taking in consideration that I live in the UK would have been a pain in the back side to report them to the police and then get my money back. I think that everyone who's got an unpleasant experience with them, should report to the police and they will take this con artist down.

I have never written a review before, however I am so outraged by their business practices I am hoping to warn others! "DON'T SHOP HERE! The low prices and cute clothes are very enticing however the quality is extremely cheap and does not look like the picture at all! The sizes run 2 sizes too small and the clothes are uncomfortable and itchy due to bad quality. Forget about trying to return anything. You will have to pay an outrageous price to ship it back to China and though it is not stated anywhere on their website they will not give you a full refund! I asked them 5 different times where their return policy was listed and they always managed to avoid the question. They are extremely unprofessional and unethical! I ordered an auburn/reddish brown colored, shoulder length wig from Dresslily and to my surprise it actually took less than two weeks to arrive. The wig looks just like the picture of the model on the website except it's a little bit longer which I really like. Dressliy also gave me a free wig cap which is really handy because I've never bought a wig before and didn't have one. The wig came in neat packaging and the delivery time was excellent for free delivery.
I ordered a dress Nov. 30,2014. Still have not received it Jan, 16,2015. They just keep saying "Be Patient" Terrible company with terrible customer service. Refuse to give me a refund. Do not use this company. Worst ever.

It has been over 3 weeks since I ordered 4 Christmas pillow covers and a Christmas shower curtain. Was sent e mail that curtain is out of stock and that the covers were mailed and would take 8 to 11 days to receive. It is 12-20-17. Really do not need them any more. But do not get through on internet sight. Never again..
Stay away from this website! I've been trying to return a few items for two months and they keep asking for a picture of the problem. First, no one should require a picture - it's just a delay tactic.
The fit for all of my items were not as expected - sleeves too long, buttons sewn on the wrong side, material substandard.

Saw an ad on Facebook & ordered some things, that did take awhile for delivery. Upon receipt, I was delighted to see the goods were as advertised & what care they took in packaging the items for their ride to the states. I liked that each item came in it's own zip lock bag that can be used for storing the items also. There was a small mix up on 1 item, but that was settled quickly. My experience was a good one & I recommend them.
