I was very pleased with the prompt customer service as well as the shipping. The items are unique from what is sold in clothing stores and that is what I like. These people answered all of my questions and when I emailed them my concerns about reviews I had read, they were understanding and did everything to assure that I was a satisfied customer. I don't understand the bad ratings. I would definitely order from this company again and plan to soon. I will also recommend to others about the service. PLUS they are reasonably priced! I already have friends eyeing the site :)
At this point I feel I have been robbed. The clothes came very cheap materials and several sizes smaller than they are marked. I can't wear any of it. I tried to email to return products but so far no response at all.
I will never order form this site again. I ordered two items and after 15 days I still had not received my item. The tracking link provided did not work and when the items finally arrived they were way two small, 2-3 sizes too small. Their return policy requires several steps and is much more difficult than an American company. While their customer service is quick to respond, they are typically automated or canned responses leaving you more frustrated than you started.
If I had known this was an international company and had so many poor reviews that said the same thing over and over, I would have not ordered from them.
Be aware when ordering from this site. The shipping will take some time and if ordering clothes, make sure you double check the size as returning or exchanging will be very difficult.
This is not a company that should be advertising or shipping internationally, they are not on the standards of a US company.

Do NOT order from this website! They have horrible clothes with cheap, fake material/fabric. I ordered a coat and it looked NOTHING like the picture I saw. It had loose buttons, cheap fabric, and the size was soo small it didn't fit me at all. I am so frustrated and disappointed because they basically deceived me. I even tried calling customer service and no one ever replies. Even when I submitted a request, no one answered me. Don't waste your time, because dresslily is a scam!

When I finally did receive my clothing everything was poor quality, and one of the jackets had a tear in the lining. Your money is spent better elsewhere.

Great culture, supportive environment. When projects get hard everyone is helpful and kind. There is a lot of trust in the team and there is nobody I don't like. There is a great social culture too if you want it, with people regularly going to the pub after work or meeting up for stuff on the weekend. Great office location, flexible working hours. I have no problem ordering goods from China, after all most goods come from there when you buy from the High Street, Sadly Dresslily is not a good example of a Chinese company. I ordered in good faith + was told up to 20 days for delivery. I paid extra for tracking info. I waited and waited for this info + kept checking my account but it still showed "processing". After weeks I raised a "ticket" which they guaranteed would receive a response within 1 working day. Weeks later, after no response I raised a dispute with the credit card company. They immediately refunded + vowed to take this up with Dresslily. Surprise, surprise, the next day they contacted me. All my items were "out-of-stock" + did I want to exchange for others? As if. I will never deal with these "scammers" again + I suggest everyone else does likewise.

It take long time to receive your order, it's true, but if you buy something from the other part of the world you should aspect something like that, I guess...
Always ordered with tracking number and insurance and never get any trouble!
Highly recommended if you want to spend little for gorgeous stuff.
They pay no attention to shipping standards. Even if you elect to have items received within 3-7 business days (under expedited shipping) they could care less. I placed more than seven orders with this company in 2016, and every single one had major issues. I am now showing up to Christmas with my family this weekend and have no gifts to bring. Though I paid extra for shipping to ensure the items would arrive before my family deadline... I can see within my orders that they haven't even shipped yet. Unreal. Steer clear of this company!

You show us a great product! You are quick to collect money! What happens next is ridiculous... so many people disappointed by this company! Items never arrived, customer support refused to even consider helping me with the order until after 2 months. At that point they offered to refund only 50% of my original purchase price! DO NOT USE this site! Still waiting to see if they actually refund the 50%.

So I already posted about RoseGal but the experience was the same. Order processed and money taken the day or order but nothing was moved until I sent a follow up email over a month later. Finally got the order(s) a month or so after. Jackets looked nothing like they were advertised. Colors were off and sizes were way too small! My own fault for getting sucked into the pictures and cheap prices and not checking reviews. Not sure it's even worth the time and energy to try to return the things. Lesson learned.

I've ordered quite a few times from this company now. The first time I bought from them was in December 2015. I ordered only a couple of things just to see if I got everything I purchased and if they would fit. The sizes they have were very accurate, I love the different styles they have. They have so many cute outfits and a wide variety. Shipping may take a while since it's being shipped from far, but you already expect that since they let you know on their website. So far, I've received many of the items quickly. I've order 4 times from them already, and now it's my "go to" website for buying clothes. The staff is very caring as well, they make sure that I'm satisfied and they always get back with me quickly. About to buy another sweater! :)
I too ordered some items way before Christmas and of course they did not show up until after the holiday. One item was much smaller and cheaper looking then represented and the other, a shower curtain had less than the standard number of holes for the rings

Reading reviews here I really should have read earlier! At least some of you got your order... I ordered a sweater in Sept 2015 and still have yet to receive the package. I emailed the customer review twice with no response. I Only got a response after I FB messaged them. After that they have been more helpful and finally just gave me a refund. So thank you for that.
Stick with local/US sites. International is just too risky.

I have made over a dozen purchases from Dresslily - including personal items, human hair wigs/extensions, and bridal merchandise, and could not be more content with the quality as well as the value of all of my purchases. Additionally for a nominal insurance fee ($1 or $2) you are guaranteed either a full refund or re-shipment of merchandise you did not receive. They ship anywhere worldwide and rarely charge a shipping fee, and when they do it is also nominal. Even the most discerning buyer will be satisfied with Dresslily merchandise - one of my favorite online shopping websites.
I was extremely disappointed with the merchandise I received from this company. The sizing was completely off and if you do order make sure you understand that it is not American sizing but China sizing so order at least 2 to 3 sizes bigger. I wrote an awful review and complained that to return my merchandise would cost more than the cost of my purchase. After multiple emails the company did refund me my entire purchase. Unfortunately I am not able to use any of the clothing I purchased although the items are cute and I would have loved them in my size.

Dress Lily clearly sent the wrong size and instead of just giving a return address to send merchandise back for a replacement, they go back and forth with eMails wasting your valuable time even after you've sent pictures of their mistake. The packer needs to verify merchandise prior to mailing, especially considering how long it takes to receive. I will never shop dress lily and inform anyone I know not to as well. SCAM!
