I bought a wig from dresslily and loved it! It's so soft and feels like my real hair! Truly amazing! I plan to buy other accessories which are gorgeous! I strongly recommend Dresslily! Price is cheap but good quality!
Should receive 0 stars (no refund, long, split delivery, bad support).
Worst things first: Returned items are not at all being refunded. I was first explicitly asked to send it without tracking ID with normal mail, but then I was allowed to send it with tracking ID. Parcel was lost, support said to me.
Support was trying to convince me to refund only 15% and letting me keep the items.
Support answered fast, but the process when returning items was cumbersome, asking long questions, demanding to state every item number, return reason.
The quality is bad, the smell is horrible, it looks smells and feels cheaper than expected, prices are high compared to regular fashion given this really bad quality.
Delivery took 4 weeks, I think this is a rather long period - but everybody should decide on that on his own.
"If you are lucky enough to read this please don't shop here. I bought a coat that was falling apart at the seams as I took it out of the package. I asked the company for a refund and they only offered to give me back 10%. Yes you read that right 10%! Here was their excuse:
"As you know, our prices are very competitive and not considered expensive. Therefore the quality of a small number of the products may not be the same as full priced, more expensive alternatives."
So basically you pay them and don't even get functional clothing."

The website shows great items at great prices. What they don't tell you is that the items are shipped from Hong Kong directly, don't look anything like what you ordered & are as cheap of quality as items you'd purchase at a Chuck E. Cheese with tickets. The battery direction images were even backwards. So not worth it.

I was almost immediately contacted by their customer service after writing my review, which surprised me. They refunded my entire purchase and asked me to donate any items I did not want to keep and listened to my honest feedback (including putting a disclaimer about items not arriving as they appear & that they ship from Hong Kong). I've upped my stars from 1 to 3 because of their customer service and care that the customer is satisfied.

Ordered a swimsuit in May. My order said processing for 2 months. Finally sent them an email to ask what's up and they said they don't have it in stock and could I order something else! Our summer is almost over- so just asked for a refund. Haven't heard back yet :/ Don't waste your time.
Looks great, but really NOT! I ordered just two items I thought I was gonna get from this same website, & come to find out that these items I received were cheap & smaller than the size I usually wear. Literally like kids size. Called & emailed for a full refund -NOTHING, no response back. Nothing! Luckily, it was only $60 down the drain. But, just the fact that I got played, that simple! Let's start with the positives, they have lots of neat interesting designs. Other than that the materials are poor quality and manufacturing is 100% Asian sweatshop quality. Whatever you think you want at dresslily you probably will regret the purchase and wear once or twice before you donate to Goodwill. Why go through that process?

Dresslily.com Horrible customer service. Items do not match with the online pictures. Awful quality. I wanted to return the items, and get the refund. But could not contact anyone. I submitted two requests and no one got back to me. I checked the live chat and none was available for an entire 24 hours span. Took weeks to get my order and then the items didn't fit so wanted to return them for a refund. I've sent a total of 4 emails asking how to complete the return process but as of 1/10/2017 I haven't received an answer. I tried filling out the online return form through their site but it says you have to comply with their privacy policy but there's no place to do that so the return form won't go through. I spent about $40 that was completely wasted! Just happy I didn't spend more than that.

I just love this store, I just love shopping for it. The product range is expanding and I like it. The program for sharing and getting free is a great ad and it's like my friends. I'm getting to Lithuania now in 3 weeks now. So you only need to carefully look at the size and also be able to adapt to Europe. The quality of the goods is simply surprising, the communication is very enjoyable and practical, although in recent years it has not been possible to communicate with them. They resolved all shipping issues. I'm paying PAYPAL and I have no problems
So, I pretty much love this site. They have everything from men's clothes to shoes to jewelry to shower curtains and so much in between. Admittedly, their shipping takes a while, but it's so worth it. Most of their clothing has a size chart so you know exactly what size to order so it fits right. I'm a picky shopper but I've managed to expand my wardrobe thanks to DressLily's expansive selections. Totally worth checking out because chances are, you'll find something you'll love.
It took 2 months to get my order. When I contacted them about the location of my order they replied with 'too bad... you didn't request a tracking number'. My items finally showed and I was pleased with the quality and surprised by that... though one item was broken. I won't return it as it's not worth the hassle. Try aliexpress.com much better service!
In September 2015 I ordered 2 items of clothing. One item arrived over a month later. I'm still waiting on the second one. I have sent at least 5 emails, but only get a standard response.
The quality of goods is not great, but then you get what you pay for; and in my case I didn't even get it! Would advise look elsewhere.
I ordered a t-shirt at end of September; it is now mid Nov at it has still not arrived. There is little to no tracking information and customer service have yet to advise me on the whereabouts of my item. If it ever arrives, I will never use this site again..

Terrible company. The material is horrible and will rip with one wearing. That is if you would even wear it. Doesn't look at all like the photos. Sizing is weird. No size will fit correctly. Cut is strange. Then they will not accept returns... Do not waste your time or money.

I paid extra for 7 day shipping. It was over two months by the time my item arrived. I was out of the country and did not get notified of the delivery. Therefore, the package was sent back. I fell for the come-on with the full understanding that this was a discount site, but even at that I was more than a little surprised at the shoddy attention to detail and complete lack of workmanship. Buttons were missing. The sizing was wrong, etc. While I requested a refund within hours of receiving the goods I was offered an exchange if I took multiple pictures of the products received, etc.
My credit card company offers customer support so I will be pursuing the issue with them instead of attempting to deal with a seller who doesn't want to provide customer service.

Good range of products for great value. Always doing discount codes and offers. Customer service is great, easy to use and quickly responses. I have made many orders since finding DressLily. The only downfall I myself would say is that delivery can take a while and some of the items I got have been not as described or a bit unfinished.
I'll be a return customer for sure. You never know what you're going to get when you buy clothes online, especially when they're inexpensive. But this store proved me wrong and I couldn't be happier.
