I ordered 6 shirts in plenty of time for Christmas. I even paid $25 for expedited shipping. 5 items arrived a couple days ago and the last one did not make it. Being told I need to wait up to 25 days because they did not ship all at once there was not enough shipping money to expedite bot like it was my fault. They offered me an 8% discount on my next order. :/. Also out of the 5 that arrived between stains, wrong colors and does not look anything like the picture I am having to jump through hoops to get a return done. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All by email only. Plus I have to pay for the return shipping. Probably won't see a return for months if at all. Not to mention I have opened up like 5 complaint tickets an they vaguely answer your question then close it.
I'm getting the feeling that this company is a scam I ordered items, and they are all way too small! The label is correct, but everything is way too small, and smalls like diesel fuel. I've sent numerous e-mails, requesting where top return items, and have never gotten a response, and the 'live chat' is never available either. It keeps saying to get back during business hours. When would they be, since I've tried mornings, evening, and weekends, weekdays... absolutely ridiculous!

All I've got to say is-good thing I only spent $5 on this website. I ordered two necklaces, two months ago and still haven't received them. I contacted customer service, only for them to tell me that shipping will take about 20 days longer than what I was originally quoted (25-35 days). It's now Been about 50 business days... still no necklaces. Also, they can't provide me with a tracking number... what kind of company can't provide a tracking number? Super frustrating and not worth your time, stay away from this company!
Placed an order May 12,2016 was told it would take 7-15 days. It's now July 22,2016 and my item still hasn't arrived. I've emailed them 4 times and every time they tell me "it can take some time". They say it's shipped however there is no tracking number. Customer service kept saying "it can take some time". Don't order from them unless you can wait months for your item to arrive.

I ordered 7 items a month ago. 3 items just showed up. My bank was debited the day I placed the order however. There is no contact info to get sold of anyone. I will never order from here again! I wish I would of read the reviews first. And they charged me $2 for tracking... A simple invoice in the package could I'd said, items back ordered, they will be shopped or a refund or choose something else really would of helped, but nothing. I noticed on the bag, the package was shipped from China. I refuse to support China's sweat shops again.

I made two orders one took too long to ship and so I requested a refund which I have received in full. So far their customer service is ok could do with a bit of improvement. Based on the information on the site my packaged should arrive between the 10/30/14 - 11/04/14. I am still waiting to see what happens.
I ordered a top to really try out the product. Glad I only wasted $25.00. I agree with other reviewers that this is the worst site ever. The product was really cheap fabric. The construction and sizing were way off. I tried to contact them for return and ended up with about 10 correspondences back and forth with them asking more questions wanting me to measure the garment, send a picture of the garment, etc. Each correspondence was something additional they wanted. Never would refund. I just contributed to China's empire and wrote it off as a lesson.
Do not buy from this company. My order was not delivered for 45 days. No tracking number provided and customer service could only tell me it was sent, not when I would receive it. The item was not as shown, very cheaply made; I had to modify to make it wearable. Buyer Beware! I hope they are put out of business soon.

I'm reading reviews to see how the items fit and all I see are complaints about shipping! When you order from China there is a very long wait. Doesn't matter if it's a $1 toy or $300 piece of furniture it all takes time to go through all customs checkpoints and travel in a cargo ship. Tracking is not automatically available. It's hard to track items in a shipping container!
If you want cheap and don't mind waiting you'll be fine. If you want fast then spend more and order from your home country!
I ordered $223 worth of clothing from Dresslily.com back in October. They finally arrived to me late November. All of the clothes in the bag were poor quality and way too small. I returned them to the address that was listed as "Return Address" on the bag. It ended up being a complete MESS! After using the return address THEY had on the bag, Dresslily says it was the wrong address. Long story short, they have not refunded me or as they say "Find a solution". It's been over two months now. Any input?

I ordered 3 tops on 04-14-16. I got two of them, still waiting on the third. There sizes are so screwed up. I ordered an extra large in one top and it has to be an extra small! Talking about my own experience. I found Dresslily very genuine. Their products are exactly as they described and of good quality. They offer free shipping which is a great advantage for clients. They also offer good promotions. If you buy from them you will be happy as me.
DressLily is my favourite website to shop for clothes, but I also bought home decor products from Dress Lily. Most of the clothes fit great for me and their quality was very good. They also have great customer service! The shipping time is average for my country (I have placed orders on many Asian sites and the shipping time was the same). Dresslily has so many styles to choose from, and items you can't find in a regular store. Their prices are very reasonable and my items came in the mail quickly. I have only had an issue with one of my orders. I ordered two bathing suits. Both in the same size, but one was smaller then the other when I tried them on. I ended up giving it away to my sister for her birthday, so I was still happy with my purchase.

I've already recommended this site to a few people. The dresses, jewelry and hair pieces were so unique and well priced. I've purchased several Christmas presents and am now debating as to whether I will keep them for myself!
